Magnificent Valencia old-town stay

Pros: Apartment was with many small balconies. It was really nice to go outside on the balcony and feel the old-town already. The apartment had a really great kitchen combined with living room. The apartment was well conditioned. Location was right in the city center. We were satisfied. Marta ans Lina helped us in case any questions. The communication was really professional and helpful.

Cons: We had to find big trashbins outside the apartment by ourselves. We were not sure if these were meant for our house. However, we managed to take out our trash regulary.

A very nice flat in a great location. I would stay there again

Pros: The property was spacious and well set out. There was no lift in the building so we were glad it was on the first floor. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so ideal for sharing. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it. The location is excellent - just off la Plaza de la Reina - so we could walk to most places. The member of staff we dealt with (Sandra) was extremely friendly and helpful and even escorted me to a Carrefour so I could buy some milk before it closed.

Cons: Some of the kitchen cupboards don't seem to close properly and it was very noisy outside on the Friday night til quite late. (Although not at all on the other week days)

Perfect location for families all year round

Pros: I did like the location, size of the flat and having a second toilet.

Cons: We did not like the noise you can hear everything from outside. In the morning it feels like you are sleeping in the middle of road.The windows are not glazed. If it would not be so nosey I will not fault . Perfect suitable for families with 3/4 children.

Pros: it was a nice and modern appartement in a good location

Cons: because it was located centrally there was a lot of streetnoise. Also the building itself was noisy The noise of the stairs and doors in the building were very loud.

Pros: A bit hard to find it, but it was all good in the end

Pros: Excellent location (old city center). Everything as described on website. I do not agree with the negative ratings that were online. I absolutely would book it again!

Cons: All as expected. Good location. Good value for money. Just be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs :-) Good to travel with light luggage anyway!

Excellent stay in a prime location. Lots of outdoor space.

Pros: Amazing location. Lots of roof top space with views of a lot of important church steeples.

Cons: Beds were small and not very comfortable

Pros: Appartement très fonctionnel et très propre, à 50 mètres du Marché Central, et dans le quartier au centre ( le plus intéressant). A proximité de tous les autres lieux à voir de Valencia.

Pros: La ubicación estratégica. Todo funciona y está en perfecto estado. Muy fácil el acceso al apartamento.

Cons: No es exactamente que no nos haya gustado, sino que nos inquietó, fueron los cajones de los cubiertos. Se están despegando y le colocaron una cita, pero necesitan mantenimiento. El piso del baño al parecer está por terminar. Cuando lo colocaron dejaron una huella y párese percudido.

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, Markthalle und Bäckerei direkt um die Ecke, wir konnten schon früher einchecken, sehr netter und hilfreicher Kontakt vor der Anreise mit Sandra, dafür noch einmal herzlichen Dank. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen
