Good location for sea lovers

Pros: The location is great, especially in summer as it’s only few minutes walk to the sea. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The owner is very responsive and the check in was very easy. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. There is a lift so going upstairs with a buggy and luggages was not a problem at all. There is a big park in front of the apartment where our child could play freely and the tram stops just in front of the property.

Cons: It was a bit cold at night and the heater on the A/C is locked at 22 degrees therefore we kept having 17/18 degrees in the apartment only. However, the blankets provided were very warm. The apartment needs a bit of painting but all in all, it’s good for a short stay.

Pros: The apartment in Valencia was big and it had two sofas for sleeping. Also the washing machine and kitchen really helped with my vacation to pass by more smoothly.

Cons: The bed was a little uncomfortable since it has a little dent at the entrance.

Pros: close to the beach, tram, bus, no issue with parking nearby.

Cons: quite loud (but just need to accept this), uncomfy beds (these should be changed).

A very pleasant room for a short stay.

Pros: The location was great & we managed to get a parking space right outside! which was free. The room was large with 2 sofa beds, not the most comfortable but ok for 3 nights. The kitchen area had a table & a small 2 ring hob, we didn't cook there so was fine for us. easy walking distance to a couple of grocery shops & restaurants, the beach is about a 15 min walk. We did a very nice walk into Valencia city through a lovely park & got the tram back.

Cons: The room is a bit dated & noisy due to the road outside & the trams.

Pros: Nice spacious unit with a washing machine which was helpful. The owner was super helpful letting us keep our bags in storage after check out for our flight, very close to the beach and easy enough to get to the aquarium.

Cons: Quite noisy with the tram going past
