Great stay in beautiful city

Pros: Very spacious apartment, we could leave luggage there on arrival, so that was a big plus. Apartment is huge and only few minutes away from the beach and the tram stop is right there, one min away, as also market.

Cons: It could have been a bit cleaner. The dishwasher was not clean, and when we used it, the dishes did not come out clean either. Just a kind suggestion to please check and thoroughly clean the dishwasher. The apartment itself could also have been slightly cleaner, but otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you very much.

Comfortable space and convenient location, would highly recommend.

Pros: The space was comfortable for a big group. Good air flow through the apartment. The host was available to answer questions. Location was good, near tram and buses, local cafes, restaurants and the beach. Facilities were good for self-catering, while some items were worn.

Cons: The fridge froze food, was unable to change the temperature. The shower took a long time to heat up and had to be hand held. Unable to work the air conditioning. My personal phone network did not work well in the area, so to access the front door I was reliant on others.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was incredibly big — perfect for a family with kids. Playing hide and seek there kept us busy for hours! The host was amazing — very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect — everything is super close. It takes just 3 minutes to walk to the beach! We also really appreciated the possibility to rent bikes — 10/10 experience. Exploring Valencia by bike is just wonderful. This city is made for cycling — there are bike paths everywhere! Highly recommend this place for a family holiday!

Pros: El apartamento es muy grande y luminoso sobretodo la zona del comedor. Está muy cerca de la playa y para llegar al piso es relativamente fácil. Para ir al centro es muy fácil porque tiene paradas de tranvía y dos líneas de bus (la 19 y 31) a escasos minutos del piso para llegar al centro cómodamente. Estaba bastante limpio cuando llegamos y el trato del propietario estuvo muy bien.

Cons: No es queja, pero se nota que al apartamento le hace falta una mano de pintura y reparar pequeños desperfectos que puede haver en las paredes. Aún asi si no te importa esto, como fue nuestro caso, que usamos el piso para dormir y cenar ni se nota.
