It was good overall, more Pros than Cons.

Pros: - Location was superb, very well connected with bus services and/or tram. - Easy self-check with the door code. - Flat is well equipped - In the vicinity there are large supermarkets and a number of smaller local shops and restaurants.

Cons: - No window so is lacking from natural light or fresh air. - No bath chair for disabled person. Asked the Host about it, but never got an answer. - Flat is suitable for two persons, not four.

Highly recommend for a short stay in Valencia

Pros: The flat was perfect for two, good location and it was a very comfortable stay. The flat has everything we needed. The kitchen and all other rooms in this flat had all the essentials.

Cons: The bathroom wasn’t cleaned too good and there wasn’t much sunlight making the flat quite dark inside during the day.

Pros: The facilities were excellent, although not very spacious. Very clean, with everything needed for a short holiday. Good location.

Good value, comfortable for short/medium stays

Pros: + Easy check-in, you enter your personal info on a website, they just send you the code to the door and that's it. We never interacted with the hosts in any way. + Everything was clean and felt recently renovated + The apartment was small but adequately sized for two people, perhaps three if one of you is willing to sleep on the couch + The kitchen has everything you need + The location is quite good, we were able to explore most of Valencia on foot and by bus + They provided really warm blankets which was nice for winter + There is enough hot water in the boiler to take a long shower + There are bins for all four recycling types (yellow, green, blue, brown) right outside, which made taking our recycling really easy + While you can hear cars on the street, it's really quiet at night and we were able to sleep well

Cons: - The apartment is on the ground floor, there are no windows apart from the semi-transparent glass doors (one is facing the street, another is facing a courtyard) - there's not much natural light, and it didn't feel very private - There are neither dishwasher tablets nor laundry detergent provided, you have to buy everything yourself - The location of the clothes rack was weird (it was at the far end of the apartment), we moved it temporarily to the front door

Bom apartamento por um custo, acima do desejado.

Pros: O sistema de acesso ao local, permitindo chegar em horários diferenciados. Apartamento cômodo e com facilidades, cozinha, microondas e máquina de lavar.

Cons: O local ficava afastado do centro histórico e dos principais pontos de interesse.

Loft comodo e accogliente

Pros: Monolocale comodo e accogliente, con due comodi letti matrimoniali. Completo di tutto. posizione strategica in quanto vicino fermata bus per poter raggiungere qualsiasi luogo si desideri. A circa 20 min a piedi dal centro di Valencia. Zona abbastanza tranquilla con market bar ristoranti e pizzerie .

Cons: Unica piccola pecca, ma.parere molto soggettivo, i cuscini erano troppo ma troppo esili quasi inesistenti.

Gezellig en comfortabel

Pros: Dat alles zo schoon was Leuk en gezellig ingericht Goed bed Vlakbij openbaar vervoer Op loopafstand van de stad Van alle gemakken voorzien (wasmachine, vaatwasser)

Cons: Geen negatieve punten

Alloggio Top

Pros: L'alloggio è posizionato a 10 minuti dal centro, mezzi di trasporto intorno per arrivare in qualunque punto della città, supermercati vicini.

Cons: Mancanza di stoviglie tipo grattugia, tovagliette!!

Pros: La posizione e l'appartamento offriva tutti i servizi necessari

Cons: Non aveva una finestra per arieggiare.

Tutto perfetto

Pros: Molto accogliente. Un monolocale con tutto quello che serve. Arredi moderni e puliti. Aria condizionata . Silenziosa. Materasso comodo, si dorme molto bene.

Cons: Tv non funzionante, c'è un piccolo locale esterno non accessibile..peccato, sarebbe molto comodo per stendere i panni bagnati
