Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely book this apartment again.

Pros: Very comfortable and suitable apartment for five adults. Close to supermarket,bakery, café. Public transport close by, but easily able to walk to old town in 20 mins. Host Ana very accommodating and let us check in earlier as we had an early arrival.

Cons: Although cleanliness was acceptable, the apartment could do with a deep clean , especially floors, balcony and sliding patio doors. Wasps nest in apartment balcony below. Unable to sit outside most evenings. Husband got stung. However host said she would report it immediately and have it dealt with.

Pros: Not too far to old town. Good layout, comfortable and quiet. Good communication with host

Cons: No information on transport or restaurants in the apartment

I highly recommend staying there for larger groups!

Pros: The apartment was near the Old Town (less than 1km away), with many bigger convenience shops and pubs. It also had an elevator (albeit a small one). We contacted Ana via WhatsApp, and she was helpful and responsive. It was fully equipped with multiple kitchen appliances. Overall, I would highly recommend staying there for larger groups!

Cons: It was in a private building, so we had to keep it down after 11:00 PM - not a big problem since there is a park and pubs all around. The second toilet was directly in one of the bedrooms and was small (still easily usable).

Pros: Perfect for a short stay! Superclean and loved the appartment and balcony.

Cons: The bed was hard airconditioning was old and made a few of us sick

Pros: The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, the air conditioning in every room, apartment is fully equipped with all the stuff, the contact was great

Cons: The lift was not working first two days

Pros: Awesome location, clean apartment. Small shower cubicle but all good.

Cons: Nothing. All good. Actually, I'm 6fr 2 and 120kg so showering was a challenge. Just kidding. Lovely

Pros: Ana was really great - so helpful and hospitable! We arrived late on Christmas Eve and she waited till 10 for us! There were sweets and a bottle of wine as a compliment left for us. The location is great - you have stores and public transport nearby, though the old town is on a walking distance (20 minutes to the center by foot) and we rarely used it. The kitchen has all amenities, including coffee capsules, salt, sugar etc. Bathrooms are a bit small, but that’s OK for a few days’ stay. The living room with the dining and kitchenette are spacious and sunny. There is a balcony for the smokers. 😉 Definitely recommend the apartment!

Pros: It was large and well stocked with everything we needed

Cons: Some of the windows and one door were not secure

Beautiful, affordable apartment close to València old town.

Pros: Great location, close to metro stops and only a short walk to old town

Cons: Main shower started to leak into apartment below so it resulted in only having one shower between 6 people.

Pros: Excellent apartment, especially for a bigger group of people. Calm area. Fantastic hosts.
