Pros: Clean, cozy, well equipped and very comfortable apartment. The room had everything we could possibly need, from cooking utensils to coffee pods for the machine. The bathroom was beautiful and very spacious, and the entire apartment was incredibly comfortable. The bed was huge and wide—we slept so well! Cleanliness was a huge plus; there wasn't a single crumb on the floor (which we noticed because we forgot our slippers and walked around in socks). Overall, it was a very pleasant, comfortable stay. The check-in process was easy, and they even let us leave our luggage before our check-in time.
Cons: One thing I didn't like was that we were given a different room than the one shown in the original booking. We knew we wouldn't have a balcony, but the room was at street level. The windows faced the street, and even though they were well-secured so that no one could see inside, someone actually knocked on our window on the last night. It would be helpful to see photos of the specific room that guests will actually be staying in

Relatively good value for money
Pros: It looks very modern, it is the best equipped apartment I’ve ever been to. There’s coffee and tea in the room.
Cons: There’s bit of lack of privacy as the apartment is inside the block apartment structure (hard to describe) so when you open the curtains 2metrs away is another apartment. It’s good for few nights but you can’t live there

Very comfortable apartment, we would like to stay there again
Pros: Very convenient design, everything is comfortable and well made. The bathroom is spacious with new fixtures, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
Cons: We didn’t like that there was not much space in wardrobe, the bed was too soft for us

Pros: 1. Amazing location, everything we wanted to see & do were either walking distance or a tram journey away ( which was a 5 min walk away) 2. Spotless clean, well stocked with bathroom supplies 3. Smooth check in 4. Comfy bed. 5. Great communication from the hosts. 6. 15 mins walk to centre of old town Valencia. 7. 40-45 mins walk to Science & Arts area. 8. If you hire bikes, lots of space in courtyard to store safely.
Cons: 1. Parking is a major issue, we did find parking but it’s very limited. 2. Shower over flowed ( but communicated this with the host, some one came & sorted immediately) 3. We had to keep the curtains closed most of the time when indoors, so not a lot of privacy from other guests from the other apts.

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights, and we loved the place. It was modern, very clean, stylish and comfortable. We loved walking over Turia Park into the city. On the street there are a lot of parking oportunities. but sometimes, especially in the evening, you have to drive around a bit until a spot opens up. But we always found a parking right around the corner. All in all a really nice place to stay.

Spacious and comfortable apartment
Pros: Very spacious, modern, comfortable, new and nice apartment. We were staying in apartment 2, without a terrace. Which was fine. The appartement is situated next to the road, but it's very well isolated.
Cons: Just a little thing: we couldn't find a water cooker.

Pros: Excellent new apartments, stylishly and tastefully furnished. Good location, quiet street. Very clean, smells nice, large towels and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious, good lighting, has everything you need - cosmetics, hair dryer. The kitchen is just delightful - lots of dishes, seasonings, tea, coffee, mini bar. The hosts are very welcoming, despite the contactless check-in, you can feel the care for the guests. They allowed us to leave our things before check-in, which is very convenient. We highly recommend these apartments to everyone. We are sure you will be satisfied.
