Pros: Excellent location, close to the park, city center, restaurants, and a large supermarket. The area is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spacious, stylishly decorated, and very well equipped with everything you might need. I really liked the place and felt very comfortable staying there. The host is kind, supportive, and quick to respond, answering all questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect place to stay with the family in Valencia.
Pros: The loft is very close to all of the sightseeing sites and yet on a quiet street. It is very clean and comfortable for a family with kids and has all the needed appliances. The host is extremely fast responsive and very helpful. 10/10

Love Valencia and had the best weekend at this apartment!
Pros: Really cute apartment! Perfect for a weekend in Valencia. We were two adults with our 2 teenage daughters. The girls shared the double bed, and mums took a bunk bed each and it was very comfortable. Only one bathroom but it was super nice and great shower. We wanted somewhere that was close to the old town and this was a great location - 10 minute walk into town and nice quiet neighbourhood.
Cons: Nothing really! Would have been nice to have a dishwasher but it’s not a big flat and the host left washing up liquid and a nice set of kitchen supplies, crockery, cutlery so absolutely not a problem.

Pros: Everything was very good, it’s a very nicely furnished loft. It’s not too big but it will easily accomodate 3-4 people. It has everything you need, including olive oil, sugar, coffee, toiletries and towels. It’s perfectly located and the city centre in walkable distance (a bit more than 10 minutes), plenty of bus stops nearby as well. Aura was extremely accommodating and gave us great advice. Would definitely return here!
Cons: Everything was good. You could very briefly hear some engine noise in the morning since I think the property is confining to a garage. But it was a very minor issue and I guess the owners can’t really do anything.

Pros: The place was spacious, the atmosphere was really nice, it was very clean, very comfortable. The decor was lovely, it had a good vibe, there was a big grocery store near by. The owner was very nice and she was very helpful and responsive, no problem with checking in and out.
Cons: The reccomended restaurants and the old city were not too far but an around 20 minute walk, not a big problem if you take your time and also use that walk to see whats around aswell.

Pros: The location is perfect. The host was very friendly and even though we never met her in person, she was supporting us throughout the whole time, sharing recommendations for restaurants, bakeries, taxi and so on.

Pros: The beautiful, cosy loft is the perfect location to discover Valencia! Just a little piece of heaven nearby the historical center. The host is very friendly and always willing to help. She really gives you the feeling that you’re welcome.

Walencja to piękne miasto, zdecydowanie warte odwiedzenia – pełne klimatu, ciekawych miejsc i wspaniałej atmosfery.
Pros: Najbardziej podobała mi się czystość obiektu oraz bardzo wygodne podwójne łóżko, na którym naprawdę dobrze się spało. Dużym atutem jest także lokalizacja – blisko centrum, dzięki czemu łatwo można dotrzeć do najważniejszych miejsc. Dodatkowo obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna, co sprawiło, że pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy.
Cons: Obiekt jest zadbany i dobrze przygotowany dla gości. Warto jednak wiedzieć, że znajduje się dość blisko ulicy, więc czasami słychać ruch z zewnątrz. W pokoju brakowało też okna, które można byłoby swobodnie otworzyć, co trochę utrudniało wietrzenie. Jedno z łóżek było umieszczone bardzo wysoko, tuż pod sufitem. Dodatkowo momentami było słychać odgłosy z mieszkania obok. Mimo tych drobnych niedogodności pobyt oceniam pozytywnie.

Pros: Top Adresse in València. 🤩Gastfreundschaft unschlagbar, Aura und Iris waren stets erreichbar, Anliegen werden umgehend gelöst. Das Loft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Herd / Backofen / Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Smart TV etc. Leider kein Geschirrspüler, aber das war für uns nicht esenziell. Alles pico bello sauber. Originell eingerichtet und gemütlich. Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Küchenrolle, Öl, Essig, Salz, Nespresso Kapseln vorhanden. Lebensmittel und Haushaltswaren gibt’s gleich um die Ecke beim Consum. Die Lage war perfekt, im Zentrum ist man fußläufig in 10 Minuten. Wir waren über die Weihnachtsfeiertage als Familie in València und fühlten uns wie zuhause. Heiligabend 🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️wurden wir noch großzügig mit Wein und Süßigkeiten beschenkt. 🎁🍪🍫🍬🍷💫Ein herzliches Dankeschön! 🥰🍀
