Good but....

Pros: Apartament is i good location. Clean and have all you need to stay. Close to many shops.

Cons: Fee of 30€ for baby cot is not acceptable. Everywhere in europe when we travel baby cot was free of charge.

Pros: The flat was great. It had all the facilities needed for a family/group stay. Near the city centre and Nord Train Station.

Great location, clean, nicely decorated.

Pros: I liked the location and the apartment itself, very nicely decorated and clean, we are a family of five and we could have slept 1-2 more in the aðertment that is not very big. Bonus points for having a few kids toys, mine sure liked it ;)

Cons: My only dislike was that we heard a lot through the walls, unfortunately, there was a group of young students in the next apartment on a Saturday night getting ready to go out. But the harm was not that big, for the kids stayed asleep and we slept through it as well

Pros: The accommodation is either new or newly renovated, it's clean, has two air conditioning units, a large bathroom, two double beds, two sofa beds, and a kitchenette that is part of the living room. The owners also prepared a nice touch, providing coffee capsules for the coffee machine and tea.

Cons: What slightly concerned me, however, was that after confirming the reservation, on the day of check-in, I received a WhatsApp message stating that to get the code for the accommodation, we had to register on the landlord's website. We had to agree to their terms, upload a photo of our passport (or ID), and most importantly, pay a €150 deposit. The hosts stated that the deposit would be returned within 14 days after check-out (in reality, I received it back the day after check-out). I must admit that I didn’t like this system; I didn’t expect it, nor was I informed about it in advance by Booking. I'm not used to Booking holding any money physically. Moreover, you find yourself in a situation where you basically have to agree, especially when you're already at the accommodation with childrens and need to get inside. Apart from this issue, I would recommend the accommodation, but it's important to be aware of this and be prepared for it.

Beautiful modern fresh and clean apartment, perfect for a group or family. Soundproofed so no noise!

Pros: Very central. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable and quiet.

Cons: It would have been nice to have some complementary wine and snacks in the fridge. Also if the hand wash liquid were a little better standard!

Pros: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Oriola 35 this past weekend. The place was exactly as described and even better in person! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host, was also amazing. They were very communicative and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. There were 8 places to sleep. Next time we will come with a larger group to this apartment :D.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Oriola 35 to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Valencia.

Pros: Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, gustownie urządzone z dużą łazienką. Fajna lokalizacja. Sprzęt tak jak w opisie. Pomocny personel.

Cons: Mieszkanie słabo doświetlone, było chlodno

Pros: Wspaniała lokalizacja, blisko komunikacja u ścisłe centrum miasta.

Cons: Przechodnia łazienka, przy dwóch rodzinach jest to nieco uciążliwe.

Pros: La ubicación perfecta, al frente de las Torres de Serranos. Estacionamiento accesible a la zona blanca, encontramos en la puerta del departamento. Cerca a todo tipo de negocios y Metro.

Cons: Solo una sugerencia, que el dormitorio de abajo no tiene mesita de noche. Ambos dormitorios les podrían poner colgadores.
