Great stay Valencia Malvarrosa during Marathon weekend!

Pros: Super nice room, very comfortable and everything was there to fully enjoying the stay. Very well furnished apartment. We had the possibility to cook and rest well before and after marathon day, nothing was missing! The host was super reactive and available, helped us enjoying our stay at 100%

Cons: The location is great for accessing the beach, a little bit further from the city center, but easily to reach with several means of transportation.

Totally recommend this property. Proximity to the beach. Attentive owner.

Pros: UA Уважний господар, писав у месенджер, уточнював чи все добре. В помешканні є все необхідне: чайник, тостер, кавоварка, холодильник, електроплита, посуд, пральна машина (не користувалася), праска, рушники, фен, безкоштовний wifi. Також в холодильнику були 2 пляшки води. Пляж близько - 5-6 хв. пішки. Метро, автобусні зупинки поряд. Супермаркет Меркадона за 500м. Заселення після 16:00, але мене поселили раніше. Виселення до 11:00. EN Attentive owner of apartment wrote in messenger, asked if everything was fine. The apartment has everything you need: kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, electric stove, dishes, washing machine (didn't use), iron, towels, hair dryer, free Wifi. There were also 2 bottles of water in the fridge. The beach is close - 5-6 min walking. Metro station, bus stops are nearby. Mercadona supermarket is 500m away. Check-in after 4:00 PM, but I was checked in earlier. Check-out by 11:00 AM.

Cons: 95 € per night - it was a bit too expensive.
