Functionality and design of facilities

Pros: Quality of all facilities, functionality, clean and practical design.

Cons: Noises from toilet flush from neibour appartement.

Pros: The location is near the beach and has many bus stops near to the centre. The host was very nice and welcoming and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Liked fully equipped kitchen and washing mashine.

Cons: Appartmant is new, renovated but entrance is strate from the street. You can open the door, and it has a net for mosquitoes but no window. The bathroom is in the same space as the bedroom, it would be noce to have a bit more privacy.

Toller Aufenthalt, gute Umgebung und gute Öffentliche Anbindung

Pros: Die Unterkunft lag ihn einer guten Umgebung. Der Vermieter war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons: Das einzige Negative ist man hört die Toiletten der Nachbarn, sodass ich Nachts wach wurde. Ich würde trotz all dem mir das Hotel immer wieder holen. 9/10.

Acogedora y muy limpia. Todo perfecto.

Pros: Un espacio muy ordenado, limpio y acogedor. Len me atendió genial todo el tiempo y cuando llegamos nos dejaron unos bombones y decoración de san Valentín en la habitación. Además destacó que estaba todo muy limpio. Sin duda, cada vez que tenga que volver a Valencia me seguiré hospedando en este apartamento.

Cons: Ruidos de cañerías bastante fuertes por la noche.

Pros: El apartamento era muy bonito, la decoración preciosa, tenía bien aprovechado el espacio. Había mucha facilidad para aparcar próximo al apartamento

Cons: Supimos después que algunas zonas próximas al alojamiento eran un poco peligrosas

Super für einen Kurztrip um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Pros: Modernes, top ausgestattetes Appartment. Durchdachte Raumplanung. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich bin zu Fuß zum weitläufigen Strand gegangen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt’s am Weg.

Cons: Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gäbe, dann die Hellhörigkeit. Ich war aber die meiste Zeit unterwegs und beim Schlafen hat es mich nicht gestört.

Cons: Son locales reformados de calle y tiene el ruido propio de una puerta calle.

Pros: Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Perfekte Lage zum Meer, aber auch zur nächsten Straßenbahn ist es nicht weit.. Wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken und wurden perfekt mit Infos über WhatsApp von Len versorgt..

Cons: Leider ist das Appartement etwas dunkel - wenig Tageslicht, da es nur Licht über den Eingangsbereich bekommt.
