Fantastic apartment near beach & Science City

My stay at Lovely apartment near beach

Pros: In front of the apartment is a park. The entrance of the apartment is from the street (park). The apartment is located in a quiet area and is pretty comfortable.

Cons: There are no windows in the bedrooms. The light is coming from some inside little space light which if you are claustrophobic can be a problem. The apartment is not near beach or science centre but the area looks like a nice neighbourhood which is not central.

Overall, the host was nothing short of amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment!

Pros: Our host was super responsive and very attentive. Loved that the location was super central to everything in Valencia. Most places we visited were within walking distance. Our sons (3, 7 & 9) enjoyed the walks as there were multiple playgrounds usually on our routes we could stop off and play a bit. Also loved that Francisco set up the apartment to suit families with children. It was great! Prior to our arrival, he shared a fantastic list recommending activities for families, things to do daily and amazing sites/attractions to visit. We ticked off most of them. He additionally helped us with the taxi company that picked us up at 3am for our early morning flight. I have to add that, the night before the flight, he reassured that he would keep his phone close by in case we had issues with our taxi to the airport. I thought that was the most selfless act and highly commendable. We really can't thank Francisco enough!

Cons: I honestly have zero complaints. Would have just loved some extra pots/cooking utensils and tupperware as we cooked quite a bit for our fussy family. However, this really isn't a complaint as it was super easy to pick a few things to get us going during our stay.

Pros: Apartma je takšen kot na slikah. Imeli smo vse kar nam je bilo potrebno. Vsak soba ima svoj TV in tudi klimo. Priporočam za družino. Lastnik zelo prijazen in odziven podal veliko informacij glede vsega. Lokacija je na pol poti med plažo in centrom, v bližini Metroja in avtobusov.

Piacevole vacanza in famiglia

Pros: L'appartamento è stupendo, ben arredato con tutto il necessario per viverci. Il proprietario e il suo staff sono sempre pronti ad aiutare per risolvere eventuali problematiche o dare informazioni utili. Grazie mille

Agréable séjour

Pros: Propreté, emplacement, appartement agréable et calme

Cons: Literies peu confortables

Super sympa

Pros: Le propriétaire est vraiment gentil et serviable, il est toujours joignable pour répondre à des questions au besoin et donne de bonnes adresses. L'appartement est géographiquement bien situé. 20 min à pied de la cité des arts et des sciences et à 5 min du métro 5 et bus 32 qui mènent aux endroits stratégiques. L'appartement est spacieux et compte deux salles d'eau.

Cons: Les chambres sont top, mais le canapé lit dans le salon/cuisine, encore assez grand, mais qui donne sur la rue n'et pas ce qu'il y a de meilleur.

Pros: The host was very helpful. When the taxi we booked through Booking didn’t show up, he gave us a ride in his own car.

Perfetto per un weekend a Valencia

Pros: Posizione utile per Metro e amici residenti. 4 fermate dal centro (Colon). Proprietario gentile disponibile e premuroso. Due bagni. Tutto pulito e mantenuto bene. Tre TV. Cucina acessoriata.

Cons: Cuscini scomodi se possibile li cambierei.

Pros: Todo perfecto. Las instalaciones y la atención recibida.

Fijne accommodatie met 6 personen!

Pros: Een vriendelijk ontvangst van Francisco die ons goede informatie gaf voor een mooi verblijf in Valencia.Geschikt voor mij als rolstoel gebruiker.

Cons: een vieze lucht en veel geluid uit het binnen terras in de nacht. Weinig frisse lucht! Donker.
