IY Loft 5 - Spacious Loft in the Old Town

Pros: Igor, the host, was brilliant! Very helpful indeed.

Cons: The bathroom did have privacy, but the sound insulation would have been even better if the walls went up to the ceiling.

Close to old town and turia gardens

Pros: The beds were very comfortable. The property was clean and spacious. Igor was a pleasure and friendly.

Cons: It would be better if the walls went to the ceiling for the bathroom to make it private.

Stylish and comfortable in a great location.....

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at IY Loft 5. It is located perfectly, only a short walk to the vibrant centre of the city but nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle! Igor is a wonderful host, gave us heaps of tips of things to see and do and as an added bonus, the apartment also comes with two bikes you can use to explore the city, we even cycled out to the beach! Highly recommend IY Loft 5 to base yourself for a visit to Valencia.

Pros: Location was excellent, near the old town with bars and shops close by. Beds are extremely comfortable. Having a full size fridge and equipped kitchen was very convenient.

Cons: I would not have liked just the privacy screens around the sleeping areas if I'd been sharing with anyone but family

Spacious apartment with old olive tree

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, nicely furnished, clean and well maintained. It has a beautiful small garden with an old olive tree. It is located very close to the old centre. The main attractions are accessible on foot or by public transport. Check-in and check-out are very easy and the owner is very nice and helpful.

A Joy

Pros: The apartment is gorgeous. The beds are perfect - I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. It's very close to the centre of Valencia, and you can easily walk from the apartment. The owner - Igor - is a great man - always attentive and always ready to help.

Cons: There's nothing i didn't like.

Pros: Excellent Host. Cleanliness. Facilities. Location. Value for money. Beautiful City.

Cons: Every thing was more than we expected !. Definitely will return !

Sentirsi a casa

Pros: Inizio questa recensione ringraziando Igor che è stato un perfetto padrone di casa e la sua disponibilità dovrebbe esser esempio per tutti gli Host! Posizione perfetta a pochi passi dal centro storico! L appartamento ha letti super comodi e risulta molto silenzioso per dormire al meglio, era pulito con una bella cucina attrezzata ed un cortile esterno molto carino con un bellissimo ulivo in centro. In più Igor mette a disposizione due bici per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole! L’appartamento è esattamente come in foto ma si tratta di un open space, forse prima era un negozio, sicuramente è importante sottolineare che le due camere non hanno muri divisori pur avendo due letti matrimoniali distinti, il bagno pur essendo separato non è completamente isolato essendo nello stesso open space e senza chiusura delle pareti a soffitto. Abbiamo trovato acqua e caffè a disposizione per noi e Igor ci ha lasciato qualche consiglio e cartina per vivere al meglio la città!

Tres agréable

Pros: L'hôtel est très accueillant. L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Il est vaste, et la terrasse est agréable. L'hote met à disposition 2 vélos

Cons: Il y a peu de vaisselle et tres peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. (rien pour le four)
