Amazing appartment.
Pros: We loved everthing. Location is amazing, evertyhing is 10 - 15minutes walking distance, host was super nice. The appartment is fully equipped and you dont need anything else.

A superb, well located apartment, in a lovely city
Pros: A lovely, very well maintained apartment. Spacious living/dining room, with a nice kitchen area. We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights (we were in Valencia for the half marathon), so it was nice to have the washing machine. The shower room was very modern. The bedrooms are of generous proportions, The apartment is only 10 mins from the city centre, but there's plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes within a 5 min walk. The nearest direct metro station from the airport is Angel Guimera It's a 10 min walk from there to the apartment. Communication from our host, Maria, was excellent
Cons: Because the apartment is in an apartment block (obviously!), you can hear your neighbours through the walls/ceilings at night (movement of chairs on floors etc), but it wasn't that bad that we didn't get a good night's sleep.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and well-located.
Pros: A spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment in a great location — quiet yet a short walk to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The washing machine was very convenient, and the fridge was quite roomy.

Pros: Good location in the center. Big rooms. The normal price corresponds to the quality.
Cons: Noise from nearby apartments and the street through thin windows and walls. I do not recommend for people sensitive to disturbing sounds. In the evening the sound of the TV and chatting from the neighbor, in the morning the sounds of the elevator and people walking down the hall to work. Some people wouldn't mind, but I do.

Lovely modern apartment with a lift in a quiet but central area of Valencia.
Pros: The building was nice and quiet with a good lift. There were tasteful minimalist decorations and artwork. We enjoyed the spacious dining area. The kitchen facilities were good with a dishwasher and good sized dining area. The main bedroom was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and good wardrobe facilities. Nice to have plenty of towels but maybe this was because there were just two of us?
Cons: Gaining entry after 20.00 hours was potentially a problem but fortunately our son lives in Valencia so was able to meet Maria and collect the keys from her. We were not able to get an earlier flight so maybe a door code key would be a better system. The glasses were a bit of a mismatch and there could be a better choice of wine glasses that matched. There were no instructions for the induction hob which was unfamiliar to us. We found that most of our European adaptor plugs did not fit into the sockets and we did not want to force them. I'm not sure if Spain has a slightly different system to the rest of Europe and if so please mention it in the property description. Fortunately we had several different ones and a couple did fit. Even the bedside light would not plug in with its own plug. The TV was rubbish. Maria did advise our son that there was a problem with the property's ariel but this could probably be resolved with an independent one for the apartment. I only managed to watch Netflix via the Smart Internet connection and even this kept buffering. If this problem is ongoing then the property should not be described as having a TV. The shower gel holder prongs kept popping out when there was a bit of extra weight in it. It could do with being replaced. The second bedroom, which we didn't use, did not seem very nice. It was stuffy and a bit smelly and would have been almost impossible with an extra bed in there.
