Cons: When you lock the door you can still open it from inside, so my son run out on street. I would suggest a small chain locker for kids

Pros: The location was great, it was very clean and enough space for 3 people, the small balcony was very nice and check in instructions were very easy

Cons: The WiFi doesn’t work very well, nor does the air conditioning on the top floor. I think there are some drainage issues as the water in the sink took a while to go down.

Pros: Great location close to everything in the old town. Quiet street. Very responsive staff and handy free luggage storage service.

Cons: Wifi signal was not very good and only seemed to work on ground level of the apartment. Air conditioning did not seem to be working. No spices for cooking or other basic essentials like oil, pepper, etc. (only salt provided). Shower not very practical (slippery and hard not to have water leaking out onto the bathroom floor).

Good choice for a stay in the center of Valencia

Pros: Well-equipped apartment, conveniently located right in the city center, quite during the night, clear instructions from the provider.

Cons: Poor and unstable internet, there’s no door to the bedroom which is not great for families with kids (one could hear all the noise from the kitchen and the living room), not very comfortable sofa-bed, ventilation on the second floor is not great.

Very good apartment

Pros: Very good position, close to the main attractions in the city center. Kitchen Well equipped and structure very clean. Staff very frendly and effective for any need. Smooth check in / check out

Cons: Sofabed not so comfortable to sleep. It’s the only improvement needed for the structure.

Pros: Excellent location. Clean , comfy & with everything we needed. Access to the apartment was really easy , even though we arrived at night time.

Pros: A great location: just a few minutes' walk to the main sights. The host was very easy to contact. The room was spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: A great apartment with everything we needed. The location is great for exploring Valencia. The team at PalomarGroup were so helpful responding to our questions and booking us a taxi for our return. We had a brilliant stay and would use this company again.

Great location, well equipped.

Pros: Great location, secure, comfortable, quiet enough, had a terrace, well equipped and the TV had the Disney Channel (in English) for our little ones. I would stay here again despite the negatives below.

Cons: It was very good but if I have to be fully transparent a few too many things needed fixing: the shutters didn’t fully open, the oven was broken, one of the lights flickered, the plugs didn’t stop water going down the sink and the kitchen sink had no plug at all. All of these were reported by me but not fixed during our stay. I also asked for the sofa bed to be made up for our late arrival but it wasn’t and we had to make it ourselves.
