Pros: The location is wonderful, right in the centre, in a quiet side street. The apartment is comfortable, equipped with kitchen appliances, heaters, blankets, etc. It also kept some features of the old walls.

Pros: Perfect location, the nearby streets are charming, full of good restaurants, coffee shops, charming street art, near the market, plazas and bus stops. I was really easy to check in : you just send a text and a pic of the door to the host and he will unlock the door for you, no need to retrieve the keys anywhere. Nice and cool space with lot of room.

Cons: There was a big cockroach dead on the floor when we arrived, which made me fear to see more in the apartment (we did not see any more).

Pros: The location was perfect for those wanting to stay in town without needing a car. Near restaurants, the central market, and shops, in the heart of the old town but on a quiet street. Spacious with good amenities and quality items. new property with little tweaks to make. A helpful host and a very clean property. We would stay again.

Pros: Es un estudio muy amplio, en pleno centro. Un alojamiento al que desde luego volveremos si hay posibilidad cada vez que visitemos Valencia.

Pros: La ubicación y el alojamiento en sí, dispone de todas las facilidades para tu estancia.

Cons: Las almohadas para nuestro gusto eran demasiado bajas y pequeñas.

Appartamento grande, moderno e al piano terra. Vicino al centro, dotato di molti comfort.

Pros: Ottima posizione, vicinissima al centro. Dotato di tutti i comfort visto che è al piano terra e non ci sono scale. Ampio soggiorno con tavolo, divano, cucina, armadio, e un sacco di utensili / cose per la casa. Anche forno, microonde. Bagno e camera da letto un po’ piccoli rispetto al resto, ma se una persona soggiorna per poco tempo è più che sufficiente.

Cons: Avrei voluto conoscere l’host dell’appartamento e non solo parlarci tramite whatsapp. Unica cosa negativa è che gli orari del check-in o check out non sono modificabili e quindi non è possibile farsi tenere la valigia dopo il check out, oppure entrare prima dell’orario previsto.
