Pros: The apartment is located in a great area, with easy access to public transportation. It is very well equipped and comfortable. We stayed for 10 days with our 4-year-old daughter and were able to visit many places and enjoy walks everywhere. We could also cook our own meals and really enjoyed the spacious terrace. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

Pleasurable stay in a great apartment in a bright and lively city.

Pros: Excellent location. Spacious apartment, very well maintained and very clean. Large terrace with views of many of the iconic sights of Valencia. Quiet building - a peaceful place to stay in a bright and lively city.

Booked it and loved it.

Pros: Loved the apartment in general. Big, comfy, stylish and Greta location. Has 2 bathrooms with very comfy beds and pillows. The balcony and view is an extra bonus we didn’t expect. We spent 43 nights here and didn’t want to leave. Amazing.

Cons: They vacuum didn’t work. We called the hosts (an agency I think) to replace it or fix it but we never got one back. We cleaned the floors with a dusting mop, which was ok but vacuum would have been easier.

Pros: Locatiom was the best. In the old city, Near all the attractions, the resturants, the marcedo, the coffee shops, Thje appartment was big, well equipped, comfy beds, great kitchen, wonderful view from the balcony. The apartment has azn excellent managment company, that answered all our questions.

非常棒的，下次一定还住这儿

Pros: 老城区地理位置优越，中央市场和市中心都非常近，非常方便，我一个人住的非常舒服，干净整洁，特别有个大阳台，能见老城区整休面貌，厨房设备齐全，洗衣机等非常棒，下次还住这儿，念念不舍的

Cons: 最好需要一床棉被，不喜欢有镜子的衣柜对着床，冰箱会流出很多水滴地上

Perfekte Wohnung um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Pros: Perfekte Lage in Valencia. Mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Schöner Blick auf die Altstadt und das Fallas-Feuerwerk von der Terrasse aus (siehe Fotos). Die technischen Einrichtungen haben alle funktioniert (Duschen, Heizung, WLAN, Küche, Aufzüge). Rückfragen beim Gastgeber wurden umgehend bearbeitet und zeitnah und pünktlich erledigt (z.B. gebuchte Zwischenreinigung).

Cons: Teile der Einrichtung sollte erneuert bzw. renoviert werden. Die Couch und die Sessel sind in keinem guten Zustand.

Great location for hanging around, great apparentment for family.

Pros: Unexpectedly lot of space, good and big terrace, 2 bathrooms , well equipment kitchen, 2 different zones of air conditioning, all apartment feel old style and luxury :) the pictures in main room has 3d effect in half-dark, do not miss to try :) and finally - exceptional location and very supportive services from management company!

Cons: The beds in room near entrance need fix imho
