A cozy, welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Pros: I liked the location as it was a small walk to a Mercadona and multiple bus stations and a nearby metro station. I enjoyed the access to facilities. The washing machine (I did not use it but it was nice for longer stays.), the microwave, the oven, the stove. It allowed me to save money by cooking my own meals and so on. The bed was comfy, the sheets were lovely.

Cons: Some of the cooking pots and lids had broken handles so they weren't ideal to use. A bit of a nitpick but the rug on the floor had curled up corners which just affected the presentation a little. The room itself was also cold, despite having the ac on heat. I believe thats usually a good thing in the summer, but just for my experience, thats what I felt. Also if the blinds covering the windows were a little bigger, to fully block out light, it would've been nicer in my opinion. You could also hear people talking as they passed the apartment on the street. A bit more sound isolation would've been nicer but not a requirement for me anyways.

It wasn’t exactly as on photos, but overall good

Pros: Everything was in place, clean and ready for my stay. I felt it was quite convenient and comfortable with plenty of room and adequate space.

Cons: The entrance to the apartment is directly to the street. There are no proper windows.

Pros: Great location near the metro and the tram. Nice residential area with some lovely restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets nearby too. The appartment was comfortable, clean and modern.

Cons: There was no toilet roll in the appartment.

Pros: The location was great and the flat is new and clean

Cons: The place is listed hosting three people, but the sofa was small and uncomfortable to sleep on, and we had some issues with cockroaches, otherwise everything was great

Nice place

Pros: The place is well decorated, clean, and spacious. Everything is working. The landlord is so helpful and answering your questions quickly. The location is a bit far from the centre but perfect for us. It is in the ground floor and easy to access with wheel chair or baby stroller.

Cons: The place does not have any entrance or corridor that your living and bedroom open directly to the street. There is no shampoo in the bathroom. If you cook, there are limited kitchen utensils like only two forks, no salt and pepper.

Pros: The stay was excellent! The location is great, with supermarkets, a metro station, and a bus stop all nearby, which made it very easy for us to get around. The accommodation had everything I needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. I would definitely come back!

We had a great time and the location was ideal for exploring Valencia

Pros: It was clean and modern and the location was very nice.

Cons: It’s a bit small with everything all in one room. A few basic cooking essentials would have been nice (e.g. salt and oil). We were confused on arrival as to which flat we were in but this was quickly rectified by the host who replied to our message immediately.

I had a nice stay, but next time i would choose apartment which is not on the ground floor

Pros: Bed linen and towels are super clean, bathroom as well. I didn’t use kitchen, but it is well equiped. Furniture is brand new and modern. Location is really convenient as the city centre is reachable by foot. Customer service was really helpful.

Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor, right on the street. There is no proper wall on the street side of the apartment, but glass windows instead and a big curtain to cover the windows. When people walk on the street you basically can hear what they talk and i felt too exposed. To lock the door from the inside there is electronical lock, which i didn’t find safe.

Pros: Everything is fine. Very clean, looks like brand new housing. All facilities needed, even a laundry and a coffee machines. Wifi worked perfectly.

Cons: Late check in and no way of leaving stuff at the place before that, but host warned about that in advance and provided clear instructions how to find a storage though.

Comfortable short stay near the Hospital Clinico

Pros: The apartment is brand new and has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. The complementary bottle of wine, coffee capsules, dishwashing liquid, shampoo and soap were appreciated. The bed very comfortable. It is on the ground floor right next to the pavement, so the windows are obscured for privacy. Something to keep in mind. It didn't bother us. Metro a few minutes walk.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like is that one evening someone used the dropped curb which is meant for wheelchairs and baby strollers and parked right outside the front door of the apartment, blocking it and leaving literally 30 cm to get in the door. A larger person would not be able to get in or out the door. The management should report this to the police.
