The owner was accommodating and promised to take the suitcases to the apartment right after the previous guests had left
Pros: The location is very good, the old town is within walking distance. The apartment is clean and tastefully decorated.
Cons: The kitchen could use a toaster. The walls of the apartment are thin, like living with neighbors 🙂 Fortunately, the neighbors were quiet.

We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment and can honestly recommend this place.
Pros: It’s a majestic, comfortable apartment, completely renovated, very well equipped incl. dish washer, micro wave, iron, washing machine, sun umbrella for the visit to the beach :). All 3 rooms are equipped with independent air condition systems, what makes your stay comfortable. Location is very close to many bus and metro connections and 150 m to the glorious park. Some cafeterias and lunch bars nearby.
Cons: The architecture outside is not breathtaking, but walking 5 minutes away moves you to very attractive part of the city.

Pros: El piso es muy nuevo y limpio. Es bien equipado y comódo, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y el agua en la ducha es perfecto ! Muy bien comunicación.Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas y recoger las llaves durante la limpieza.Muy recomendable! Nos sentimos muy cómodos! La ubicación es perfecta para explorar Valencia, Autobús, metro, todo a 5 minutos a pie.

Estuvimos de maravilla y muy bien atendidos por su propietaria, dispuesta en todo momento. Buen comunicado con el centro
Pros: Luminoso, muy cómodo, nuevo, muy limpio y bien equipado. Bien comunicado y permite aparcar cerca (por las tardes, eso sí). Aire acondicionado y buena presión del agua en la ducha. Aunque es un piso bajo y se siente el movimiento de la calle, no me resultó molesto. Es muy confortable.
Cons: Por decir algo, me gustan las almohadas más altas y firmes, pero la cama es cómoda. Todo lo demás me gustó.

Czysty, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony lokal idealny na wakacje dla rodziny
Pros: Mieszkanie przestronne, czyste, bardzo dobrze wyposażone (gospodarz pomyślał nawet o kostkach do prania, kostkach do zmywarki, kawie, herbacie, żelazku i desce do prasowania). Lokalizacja świetnie skomunikowana z centrum i lotniskiem. Ciekawostką jest bliskość stadionu piłkarskiego Mestalla. Okolica pełna życia, kawiarni i barów ze śniadaniami. Dogodny dojazd do plaż (na stanie mieszkania są dwa parasole plażowe). WiFi bardzo sprawne.
Cons: Ściany cienkie, klimatyzator w głównej sypialni co jakiś czas przełącza się w głośniejszy tryb (brzęczy i skrapla wodę).

Pros: - La sécurité pour entrer dans l’immeuble. - La flexibilité de la propriétaire pour l’arrivée tardive.
Cons: - Si les trois climatiseurs sont allumés en même temps et que l’on branche le sèche-cheveux les plombs de l’appartement pètent. - Les lits simples de la deuxième chambre sont très inconfortables. - La voisine d’à côté est venue plusieurs fois à cause du bruit et a menacé d’appeler la police, cependant nous ne faisions pas de bruits nous discutions seulement. Les murs sont très fins donc elle entendait tout… - Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’eau chaude dans la douche (que de l’eau chaude pour 2 personnes sur 4).

Pros: Super clean. Nice layout. Well furnished. Excellent AC in both bedrooms and living room. Near the metro and downtown area. The beach was easy and quick to get to on bus 98. The host was very helpful.
Cons: The area was a bit noisy, but I think that holds true for much of central Valencia.
