Pros: La ubicación , porque era justo lo qué queríamos y además está muy próximo al centro, y con todos los servicios muy cerca.

Cons: En general estaba bastante bien, algun detalle que faltaba pero sin mayor importancia.

Ruhige Unterkunft im außengelegenen aber angesagten Stadtteil Benimaclet

Pros: Für unseren Familienbesuch war die Lage am Rande der Stadt gut geignet. Das Appartment ist durch Metro und Tram verkehrsmäßig gut angeschlossen und wegen des Systems der kleinen Einbahnstraßen auch sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Fußläufig gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und zahlreiche Restaurants und Kneipen. Der Stadtteil Benimaclet hat hier seinen Dorfcharakter gut erhalten können. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte sofort nach unserer Whatsapp-Meldung.

Cons: Für Winterreisende: Die Klimaanlage mag Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gut heizen, das Bad bleibt jedoch sehr kühl. Also die entsprechende Tür geöffnet lassen, damit etwas wärmere Luft tagsüber eintreten kann.
