Pros: Excellent stay! The apartment was perfectly clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is great, close to everything, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money – I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay in well kept apartment

Pros: Very nice apartment, interior looked very new. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful shower and bathroom.

Cons: Behind the apartment that is on the ground floor is a small patio. Sitting outside is comfortable, but unfortunately there is often a sewage smell that is not nice. The strange thing is that In Valencia this smell is also present in many other places.

Pros: The property was really nice, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is great, and having air conditioning is definitely a plus. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful – for example, when we asked for an oven dish, they brought it to us the very next morning. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Pros: Very helpful hosts - as tip they have send list of suggested restaurants in Valencia, good knowledge of subject :-) They are very quick to response, even late at night. Hosts was also very helpful with late check-out/baggage - thank you so much! Self apartment - located ca. 20 minuts walk from old town, ca. 50 minuts from beach Malvarosa, equiped with all necessary stuff, good air-condition (summer can be really hot there). Very quiet street and neigbourhood, close to metro station Benimaclet. Nothing failed - only positive impression.

Super!!!!

Pros: Everything was super! Very clean, everything new, all the facilities available in the appartment, good communication the host, metro/tram/bus to beach and city center 5-10 minutes away, AC in both rooms. Even it is on the ground floor, it was very safe.

Cons: Not the case

It is a reasonably priced, well located and clean place to stay in Valencia.

Pros: The owner is very helpful and flexible. The apartment was very clean and looks as nice as it is presented in the photos. The bed was very comfortable. The apartament is accesible from the street directly, but it is well isolated, so the noise of the traffic is inaudible inside. There is a very nice park in its neighbourhood and the hstorical center is in walking distance. It is a good place to explore Valencia.

Perfect stay for your gettaway in Valencia

Pros: The apartment was lovely and had all the facilities described. It is located in a quiet area close to shops, bakeries, metro stations and other public transport. The hosts were very helpful with all the information we requested. They gave us lovely suggestions of where to eat and hang out. We highly recommend Maresia Zarco for your stay in Valencia

Pros: Propiedad muy luminosa y moderna, muy cómoda, estaba todo limpito, tenían cápsulas de café de cortesía para preparar! Hay un Carrefour cerca! Recomiendo

Cons: La ubicación no es muy buena, un poco alejada del centro y la zona no es muy linda en líneas generales.

Alojamiento limpísimo y con detalles

Pros: El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, y posee todo lo que se necesita para un par de días (con todo detalle, incluidas las cosas de limpieza y cápsulas de café!)
