Pros: A great option for a vacation or a business trip: the air conditioner works well, you can also open the window for fresh air. The apartment has everything you need – all the dishes, a fridge, an iron, a hairdryer – everything works perfectly. In terms of transport, there is a metro station 5 minutes away and a tram. You can also walk through parks to the city center in about 20 minutes. Since the apartment was available, we were allowed to check in earlier than the official time, and the communication was quick and smooth. Super nice!

Cons: Some small downsides: the apartment is great, but the shower curtain is not very comfortable – it lets water spill on the floor, which is annoying. It would also be nice to have some washing powder for guests (like 2 capsules), and a bit of oil and salt for cooking – buying these for just 1–2 times feels a bit strange. With that, everything would be perfect. A small bottle of water in the fridge (it costs only 30 cents) would be a very nice touch on a hot day after traveling.

Pros: Well equipped, comfortable, and clean apartment. We were totally satisfied with it.

Cons: The location of the property isn’t so good. It’s far from the old town and far from the beach.

Pros: Small, but perfectly formed. well equipped and in a quiet location we know well, with some great local bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Nothing really. A small bedside table would be a benefit, as would a small cutlery drainer for when washing up and a kettle (I boiled water in the pan, so not the end of the world).

Well positioned location, very comfortable and clean.

Pros: Small but perfectly adequate and pleasant for a short stay.

Cons: I would have liked a couple of coffee capsules just for the first morning, to give me time to then buy my own. 😊

Pros: Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, was für mich nicht gut war, keine Außensicht, ich fühlte mich eingesperrt, da es keine Fenster gab, bzw. Milchscheiben hatten, ansonsten bei Schwierigkeiten wurde gleich geantwortet

Pros: Posizione perfetta, in una delle zone piu frequentate, specialmente di sera, con molti locali vicini aperti fino a tardi. Non molto distante dalla metro. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sicuramente sarebbe la mia scelta se dovessi tornare a valencia.Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, direi che la doccia del mini appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato non ha una porta, ma solo una tendina, che a volte risulta un po’ fastidiosa.\
