Very beautiful and nice apartment, highly recommend

Pros: The apartment is very beautiful and clean, the commodities were nice and modern. The communication with the host was super easy and they allowed us to check in earlier by paying small extra fee Suitable for 6 people, the only downside was that the apartment only has one bathroom Location was ok, not super centralized, a 30 min walk to the city center, but we were expecting this. Given the price, it was a fair trade-off Overall, I highly recommend this property

Pros: Everything in this object were perfect. Location was very close to subway. They were open for all questions 24h, and they answered very fast. Thanks them for everyhing☺️

Perfect for a stay with friends

Pros: It was spacious, clean and you have all the facilities you could possibly need. The location was nice, in between the beach and the city centre. Not too busy so we didnt have any problems regarding the noises from outside!

Pros: Location and the size of the rooms and apartment was really comfortable.

Cons: Thry renovated the entrance but they informed me in advance. Because of that there was a big dust even in the flat.

Pros: We were six friends and the apartment really fit our needs, if you don't mind sleeping with another person on a king size. The amenities covered our needs and the host was really helpful with any questions we had. The location is quite good - close to the metro line that goes to/from airport, trams and busses, and at comfortable walking distance from the historical part of Valencia. A lot of bars and shops nearby.

Cons: Only negatives, which are not the host's fault, is that the apartment has only one bathroom/toilet which might be a bit challenging with six adults, as in our case, and the terrace is actually quite a small balcony that fits two standing persons.

Pros: Everything. Good communication. Beautiful apparemment. We enjoy our stay, we were with 6 guys and girls and we could find Everything we need. We could sleep comfortably. Thank you for sharing your appartement.

Amazing location, clean and spacious apartment.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. Almost like a loft. Very clean when we arrived and friendly support via the booking.com chat. The location was great as well, only 7min walk from the nearest metro and by bike it was around 15min to the centre. The area itself (benimaclet) is lovely with many local bars and a great vibe.

Cons: We needed to buy extra toiletpaper and trash bags but that was not a big issue.

Buen alojamiento, cómodo para 6 personas

Pros: Apartamento remodelado en muy buen estado, muy iluminado y cerca de diferentes medios de transporte

Cons: Es un poco complicado conseguir un sitio para parquear el coche pero se consigue con paciencia

Pros: Apartma je bil zelo domač, vse je bilo čisto, urejeno, komot, blizu metroja, komunikacija na nivoju. Super.

FANTASTICO SOGGIORNO

Pros: Appartamento situato in una palazzina di 4 unità, con delle scale ripidine per raggiungerlo (2 piano) senza ascensore. Bello, spazioso e pulito, noi eravamo in 6 e siamo stati bene! Nota positiva i letti molto comodi. Check-in e check-out in autonomia ma comunque il personale è presente e gentile. Ha una bella cucina fornita di tutto anche con bustine di tè e capsule per il caffè. Dista una mezz’oretta di camminata dal centro ma comunque sotto casa si trova di tutto, anche eventualmente la metro, poiché è un’area molto frequentata.
