Great stay in Valencia

Pros: Great location, close to metro and bus stop. Also the Mercadona supermarket is very close. Just a short walk to the beach or to the famous Oceanografic. Everything was new and very good looking.

Cons: It was quite hard to ventilate the humidity from the bathroom.

Cosy and comfortable flat on a great location

Pros: Very cosy, fully equipped and on a super location - 200 m from subway and 20 mins by walk from the beach.

Cons: Everything was super.

Great city break!

Pros: Very nice & tidy place with all the facilities need. 200 m to a nearest metro station. 20 min walking distance to the Palace of Arts and Oceanographic. 15 min walk to the beach. Mercadona just by the corner and Lidl just few steps further.

Cons: A kettle would be useful ;)

Good place to stay for people who are working remotely

Pros: + Convenient check-in process + Everything that you need to make food at the place. + Super fast internet, which allowed 2 of us to have video calls at the same time. + 2 min to Mercadona and 5 min to metro

Cons: - It was bad smelling in the bathroom. I think it's a general problem in that district because we experienced the same smell on the streets as well - No good parking in the area. My car was robbed on street parking. - no kettle for making a tea - thin walls. You can hear your neighbors well. :)

Nice Modern Property!

Pros: The host was brilliant, great communication and the instructions of how to access the property etc were great! The property is really modern + for a short break for 4 friends was perfect. The location was good - a short taxi from everywhere!

Cons: The downfall of this property was ventilation, no window / extractor fan in the bathroom. Also no windows in the front - so can only get fresh air in if you open the front door, which isn't always appropriate!

Pros: Vse prenovljeno in čisto. Lastnik zelo prijazen, pomagal glede dostopa, čeprav smo prispeli zeli pozno, okrog 23.ure. Prostorna kopalnica.

Cons: V glavnem vse, razen mogoče malo boljše gretje, saj je apartma v pritličju in ima le klimo, ki ni najboljša. Mogoče bi bilo dobro dati v kuhinjo tudi kakšen grelnik in kakšno šalčko več.

Pros: Qué es un apartamento a pie de calle con código para entrar en él

Cons: El sofá del apartamento era muy incómodo, casi inservible

Pros: Consideramos excelente ao nivel da localização. Perto do metro, autocarros e bicicletas (muito usual em Valência). Perto também de serviços.

Cons: Consideramos que o espaço é interessante para 2 pessoas, mas torna-se reduzido acima daquele número. Cozinha minimalista com louça praticamente limitada ao numero de pessoas.

Bona qualitat preu

Pros: Mha agradat tot, la ubicació a prop del metro i l’atenció molt bona. Molt detallistes.

Cons: Cert que el bany feia una mica olor a croaca i s’hauria d’haver insonoritzat ja que se sentia moltíssim els del costat que a més tenien canalla…

Pros: Apartamentul arata la fel ca în poze, este utilat cu tot ce îți trebuie pentru un sejur în Valencia. Mașina de spălat rufe cu uscător reprezinta un plus. Este la 2 minute de metrou și la 2 km de plaja.
