Clean and comfy and as described

Pros: Generally everything was as described and in the pictures - clean and comfy. The surrounding was nice and very close to the metro, convenient also when accessing the beach. We would choose it again.

Pros: Very clean and well kept, with everything needed. The bathroom is private, not shared.

Cons: Weird green exit light on the ceiling that you can't switch off, no space to dry clothes which renders washing machine to limited use, EUR 250 deposit locked for one month in my case

Greatlocation - living in synch with the locals - giving us a great experience.

Pros: Thy key thing is how helpful the staff were at the beginning when we had problems with safe - they were very patient and quick to act. A perfect lcoation for seeing all parts of Valencia - and 2 minutes from the metro.

Cons: The flat was on the ground floor - which we did not expect - due to the name - Maratim-Serria Lofts. It was a man door flat which was fine but it had no windows or a view so it felt a litte like being in a box.

Pros: Very clean apartment. Close to everything ie supermarkets bus routes and metro and McDonald's!! Everything that we needed for a week away. Glad for the coffee machine!

Cons: Beach 25 minute walk. Good to walk though. Airport half an hour drive. No area to sit outside the apartment. Dog walkers cut through.

Very good apartment

Pros: We really enjoy the stay at this apartment. Good location, 3 mins away from bus station, 5 mins from metro station and 18-20 mins to beach. A lot of supermarket around that area. A very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Cons: No balcony or a place to dry your laundry, but it is a laundry service with clothes dryer next to, like 5 mins away.

Really good quality especially for the price

Pros: It was really clean and exactly like on the picture. Really new accomodation, I hope they can keep the quality. Location is good for the offered price.

Cons: There was nothing in the kitchen, like salt or pepper, also just 3 rolls of toilet paper ( for 3 people for 7 nights.) in the end they beought us extra when they had to bring laundry stand. Was all fine in the end

Cozy apartment, great location, helpful staff

Pros: Apartment was good, cozy and clean. Good location too. Neighbours upstairs and beside our apartment were very noisy, we could hear everything. Green light, I presume that’s fire exit light, was annoying so whoever is coming up make sure to get an eye cover or something. Other than that everything was great. Staff very helpful and kind. I would recommend this place!

Pros: Total schön und praktisch gelegen. Klar, etwas dunkel, aber sehr modern eingerichtet, alles sauber, hohe Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das von anderen bemängelte grüne Dauerlicht: lässt sich ausschalten. Decken für Frostbeulen: alles vorhanden, im Bettkasten. Nachbarn: nein, nicht laut, es ist nicht hellhörig. Das Bett: etwas hart, aber alles im.Rahmen. Ich würde wieder dieses Appartment buchen.
