Pros: It is very good place to stay if you are visiting Valencia. Located in quiet place (close to school, but evenings were quiet), 5 minutes next to metro station, 30 minutes walking to the sea. The room is very clean, it has everything you need to stay! Very friendly host, it was very easy to communicate with her and get all the information and more!

Pros: We liked everything about this apartment. It is located near the metro and a bus station, so very easy to get around. It has everything you need and the attention to details is top notch. Very comfortable, perfect temperature. The host is really nice, ready to help if needed. The entrance is pretty cool with a smart door 🙂

Like name of apartment saying, quiet apartment in the park ...

Pros: Amazing place to start Valencia exploration, easy access from the airport (metro), walking distance to the beach, grocery shops. Metro station is just 200 meters away :)

Cons: There is a small park and playground outside of apartment, at afternoon hours could be disturbing ... but no drama. Everything was just perfect for my purpose :)

Lovely

Pros: It was very easy to find it and open the door after we call the host, she answer super quick and send us more info on WhatsApp. The house has everything you could ever need, it could be perfect for long stays, plus you can see it has been recently renovated so that’s 10+!!! The attention to details it’s crazy!

Cons: They could let you know the house number since it’s confusing to recognise which door suppose to open. Parking is in the street so might be difficult to find a free spot depending on what time you arrive.

Pros: A szállás kiváló helyen van. Pár perc séta a metróállomás, ahonnan a városközpontba, sőt a reptérre is eljutottunk. A közelben több szupermarket, kávézó, étterem található. A tengerpart busszal, de kb. 20 perc alatt gyalog is könnyen megközelíthető. A szállás jól felszerelt, a konyhában mindent megtaláltunk, amire az étkezéshez szükségünk volt. Az ajtó kóddal nyílt, a szállásadó érkezésünk előtt videós tájékoztatót küldött a szállás megközelíthetőségéről, az ajtó nyitásáról. Ottlétünk alatt folyamatosan tartotta velünk a kapcsolatot emailen illetve az applikáción keresztül.

Pros: Апартаменты очень понравились,прекрасное расположение,на тихой улочке,рядом большой Mercadona,удобно и не далеко от пляжа и от торговых центров;есть все необходимое,заселение прошло идеально,выслали подробную информацию,очень удобно,что дверь с кодом,не надо с собой носить ключи;полностью оборудованная кухня

Cons: Мы жили полноценные 2 недели и хотелось бы иметь крышку на сковороды и какую-то сушилку для одежды,это если совсем придираться

Estancia perfecta en Valencia.

Pros: La ubicación muy buena. En una plaza muy tranquila. La habitación muy bonita, muy limpia, el baño genial. Las camas muy cómodas, incluso el sofá-cama. El contacto con Laura, muy fluido. Y con todas las comodidades necesarias, incluso en la cocina, con cápsulas de café de cortesía ( y sandalias para estar en casa, pañales, incluso comederos/bebederos para mascotas), y todo lo básico. Para repetir.

Cons: Por decir algo, la sintonización de la TV, al ser de Android, no pudimos ver la programación de la televisión \
