Overall, we would still be happy to stay here again.

Pros: The apartment has an excellent location and was very clean, well equipped and generally pleasant.

Cons: During our stay there were some technical issues with the bathroom (hot water, toilet flushing and sink drainage), which affected our comfort. However, the host was helpful throughout our stay, remained available and responded very fairly to the situation, compensating for the inconvenience.

New apartments in good location.

Pros: Good location, pretty new apartments, good kitchen equipment.

Cons: Check-in time is late (16:00) and not flexible. Cleaning service forgot to bring the clean towels we asked for. We were lucky that the owners were onsite that day and willing to hand us some towels.

I recommend it to anyone who is visiting the city for a few days, or even for a longer stay.

Pros: The accommodation was clean and tidy. The rooms were as shown in the pictures. The accommodation is located right next to the metro station. Quiet area relatively close to the beach, about 20 minutes walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area around the accommodation. Relatively close to all attractions.

Cons: I'm sorry there wasn't salt and pepper in the room and a tea bottle would have been nice.

Pros: Location is just perfect - right next to the metro station and bus lines - makes it easy to travel through the city and to get to from the airport. The apartment is cosy, neatly designed, comfy. Has all what you could need for a short stay (maybe the washing machine would be a nice add-on but it always depends how you plan your trips)

Cons: The beds are not the most comfortable, but again it’s a matter of preference.

Pros: great location considering the metro station that is close by.

Cons: Recommendation for more things in the kitchen so that a family can function more easily with meal preparation. The sofa bed in the living room is not for sleeping for several days. For two people it is a great opportunity, while for a family it may not be optimal accommodation.

Near to metro-supermarket

Pros: Very near to Metro e bus, there's a Mercadona in 40mt, apartment provided with kitchen, microwave, fridge, A/C cold and warm, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Very quiet place, we had a very good sleep.

Pros: Apartment is perfect for couples. It contains everything you need. Communication with the host was quite easy as well as entering and leaving the facility. Location s perfect, just around the Maritim metro station which allows you access to the city as well as direct line to airport!

Great value for money for a modern clean apartment

Pros: Beautiful clean and modern apartment with everything you could need including a nespresso coffee maker with pods.

Cons: It is great value for money but it is not close to either the beach or the city. It is really easy to catch the metro right next door to the apartment and only 5 stops to the city, but I would prefer walking distance

Pros: Great location, just outside the metro station, and relatively close to the beach and the river.

Good appartement on a good location
