Lovely, modern and big flat to visit Valencia

Pros: Lovely place recently refurbished. Great area to travel in town or to the beach within minutes. Maritim station is around the corner. Also perfect if you are coming from the airport. Rosario was the best. He was happy to help at any time, thank you!

Cons: We only stayed a few days but, since it's an apartment, it would be great to have some basic supplies in the kitchen (like sugar, salt etc. ) There were some small issues with noise coming from upstairs. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest bringing ear plugs to have a great night sleep.

Pros: Great central location, spacious and clean apartment, and a friendly, helpful host.

Cons: The heating system was not working, so the apartment was a bit cold. Although there are many free parking spots in the area, they are usually full (we had to park in a paid parking garage about 800 meters away).

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here! The host was super friendly, helpful, and quick to reply whenever I had a question. The place was very clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location is great — really close to shops, cafes, and the metro, so it’s easy to get anywhere. Everything looked just like in the pictures, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Pros: El dueño muy agradable, la ubicacion buena y el apartamento muy nuevo.

Cons: No me gusto el sofa y que aparecia en la plataforma que tenia parking y en realidad era que se aparcaba facil, pero no fue asi.

ALOJAMIENTO IDEAL PARA PASAR UNOS DIAS EN VALENCIA

Pros: El inmueble se trata de un bajo convertido en vivienda, que se encuentra en una zona tranquila, donde destaca la amplitud de los espacios, tiene un buen numero de armarios muy amplios, la estancia resulta cómoda en términos generales. Resulta recomendable para pasar unos días en la ciudad. Destacar especialmente la atencion muy profesional y al detalle del gestor del establecimiento, un 10!!.

Cons: por decir alguna cuestión es que la vivienda se ubica en un barrio donde hay dificultad para encontrar aparcamiento fácilmente.

Pros: Posizione ottima, casa super pulita e spaziosa. Proprietario disponibile e accogliente!

Je renouvellerais sans hésiter l’expérience

Pros: L’appart est superb, spacieux propre et moderne. On s’y sent comme chez sois ! L’hôte est très réactif et accueillant, toujours disponible.

Una casa en la tienda de ultramarinos

Pros: Camas cómodas, aire acondicionado en cada habitación, baños amplios. Alojamiento nuevo en buen estado. La ubicación era buena.

Cons: Cocina con poco menaje, paños, platos, tostadora... Se echaba en falta una entrada antes del apartamento, se veía a la gente pasar y daba sensación de poca intimidad. El extractor del baño no dejaba de funcionar y resultaba molesto.
