Pros: Fantastic spacoius apartment well located near the metro beach and city centre. We had 6 peiple staying for the Valencia marathon who all loved the apartment. The owner was helpful from the start of the booking process up to our departure. Would highly reccomend this apartment for a short city break.

Pros: The amenities were very good. It was relatively close to the city center. Grocery stores were just around the corner. The apartment was very spacious.

Cons: Even though there are plenty of parking spaces, it's not easy to find a free one... you have to search a bit. But it's a huge city, and of course, it's not the owner's fault.

Pros: The place was within a reasonable walking distance to the sea. The house itself was very spacious; we stayed as three people but it could easily fit more guests. The balcony was lovely and the house was spotless

Pros: Really nice place to stay in Valencia. A lot of space inside, close to supermarkets and Maritim metro station. It's about 20 min on foot to the sea and also to the Art and Science City.
