Super apartment in Valencia for short stays

Pros: A beautiful apartment, very well decorated and good size for a family of 4 with all amenities. Super quiet apartment, a great refuge from the heat and super convenient to the central city and beach alike. The owners were super friendly and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, which was achieved in spades.

Cons: Nothing! It was perfect and we'd return here for sure on the next trip

A very comfortable and wonderful stay in Valencia.

Pros: The location is very convenient to Malvarossa beach, bus stop, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Claudia was so helpful and communication was excellent. Secure, clean and beautiful apartment with good aircon and near the beach. Early check-in was coordinated and approved which was very kind as we arrived in the area early (really much appreciated). I will stay in Mar and Sol Flats again without hesitation.

Modern and well equipped studio very close to the metro

Pros: The host was very communicative and helped out with everything quickly. The studio is quite new and modern, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There's an AC too and even a shared washing machine with detergent to use.

Cons: The windows were covered in privacy foil. A matter of taste, I prefer to be able to look outside and just close the curtains if I need privacy.

Pros: Quiet residential neighbourhood, very large area for the two of us, newly built/renovated property, cooking condiments & spices provided (though we didn't cook), full sized fridge, 2x washer/dryer combo machines in the common area as well as an iron & ironing board, very clean, comfortable bed, close to the train station & tram stops, excellent communication with the host (Claudia) on whatsapp. Highly recommend!

Cons: It is difficult to circulate the air however the air conditioner could help.

Perfect!

Pros: Super nice hostess, very easy to communicate with her and she was always available for any questions. The appartment was very clean. Location is great, close to all kinds of transport, walking distance to the beach. Would stay with them again.

Beautiful apartment in great location

Pros: The host was very helpful and communicative. Apartment was very clean and well equipped including towels, kitchenware, cosmetics. Air conditioning was a life saver. Location is perfect - 20min walk to either beach or Turia garden and 2min walk to metro station connected to the airport. Definitely coming back :)
