Pros: Nice location is very good, next to Metro, the apartment was all clean and tidy and has all the facilities

Pros: Гарне розташування: близько до моря 10 хв на автобусі, до центру 20 хв. Супермаркети та кафе також всі поблизу. Затишно, та є все для проживання: праска, фен, кухонні спорядження.

Cons: Депозит 250€ який треба обовʼязково залишити. Про це не говорять одразу. Затемнені вікна і мало повітря всередині. Не завжди відповідають на запитання.

Vero relax

Pros: Finalmente un ottimo appartamento a Valencia! Pulito e silenzioso. Ottimo collegamento con tutto (aeroporto, centro, spiaggia) All'interno sono presenti le cose essenziali sia per la cucina sia per il bagno. Torneremo sicuramente qui la prossima volta.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr gut an der Haltestelle Maritim gelegen und leicht zu finden. Das was aus dem Raum gemacht wurde ist wirklich gut, man hat definitiv das Beste rausgeholt. Besonders gut fanden wir die die Ausstattung zB. Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion, SmartTV, AC. Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass es nur ein umgebauter Raum ist, d.h die Fenster und Tür sind abgeklebt zur Straße und weiterhin läuft ein Wasserrohr von oben durch die Unterkunft. Unserer Meinung nur geeignet, wenn man dort nur schlafen will.

Cons: Das laute Waserrohr. Außerdem konnte man schlecht lüften in der Nacht, da man morgens direkt von den Straßengeräuschen geweckt wurde.
