A nice experience in a modern flat
Pros: Great location, a clean and modern nice looking flat with all the amenities that one needs.
Cons: Although the shower is nice, the bathroom is typically quite wet afterwards. Also, the upper floor can get somewhat hot throughout the day and is fairly hard to cool with the AC.

We loved it and would definitely stay again!
Pros: It was a really comfortable location next to multiple grocery stores and public transport. We could easily walk home from the tourist center. Apartment was big and all of the needed amenities were provided like washing machine, dishwasher etc.
Cons: Only one weakness of the apartment is barely any windows that have exterior view, however it’s not a big problem for this price and size.

Pros: Nice, cleanliness and easy access. close to the metro and bus. 15 min walk to the beach.
Cons: just a caveat on parking if you come by car. Parking is in the street and free of charge. Good to know

Large, modern, new, comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location with great value for mone
Pros: The apartment is spacious, really spacious and that's the first thing you'll like when you enter. Everything is decorated in a modern and kind of industrial style, we liked it and we liked having two separate sleeping rooms. The apartment is new, you can see it, and we think that the owners are still finishing some small things because it seemed like a work in progress :) The rental price for what you got is really good, the location of the apartment is excellent and the communication with the person in charge of the apartment was fast and of high quality. When we come to Valencia again, we will choose this accommodation again!
Cons: Rust can be seen on the bathroom handle, we do not see this as a fault of the owner, but as a problem with the material in the bathroom. The TV in the first room on the ground floor was completely messed up (it was not connected to the Internet, everything was in an unknown language, the settings were not available) with the settings, but since there is another TV in the living room and it was OK, we did not take it as a problem. This will be resolved by the owner for sure. We could only suggest installing something on which shoes can be cleaned in front of the entrance door, which would certainly help when cleaning the apartment, so that dust and everything from the street does not enter the apartment. But that's just our suggestion.

Pros: Zona vicino al mare, tranquilla, con supermercati e locali nelle vicinanze. Metro a 5/10 minuti a piedi comoda. Appartamento ben fornito di tutto il necessario (anche bollitore e macchina per il caffè molto apprezzati). Gestori molto disponibili sia nel soddisfare le richieste (abbiamo richiesto check in anticipato e hanno fatto il possibile per assicurarcelo e accoglierci. Grazie mille!!!) sia veloci nelle risposte in caso di necessità! Un bel soggiorno e un bel appartamento!

Pros: Excellent location, all the necessary utilities and linens, enough sleeping places for 4 single people or 2 couple and 2 single people. Very close to the Maritim metro station and the beach
Cons: It’s a bit stuffy upstairs even with the air conditioning working downstairs

Pros: L'appartement est merveilleusement bien équipé. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Il y a peu de luminosité mais en plein été c'est agréable. C'est très sécurisé car il y a plusieurs portes et des codes différents.
Cons: Attention le mini bar n'est pas compris dans le prix comme ça peut l'être dans d'autres Bnb. Cela vous sera déduit de la caution. La situation géographique n'est pas optimale pour visiter le centre (comptez 30min de bus). Vous ne verrez jamais une personne physique car c'est géré par une plate-forme. Réactifs cependant sur whatsapp. En revanche, jai demandé une facture il y a trois semaines je l'attend encore.

Pros: Zona perfetta tra spiaggia, centro e la ciutat de les arts. Appartamento con camere molto grosse e ordinate. Bagno spazioso
Cons: Al piano di sopra fa un po' caldo perché manca l'aria condizionata (presente solo al piano inferiore). Mancanza compensata però con ventilatori.
