Valencian Apartment

This is my second stay here, and I am very satisfied.

Pros: This is my second stay in this wonderful apartment, and I’m so happy to see that it remains just as cozy and comfortable as before. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into maintaining the place in perfect condition, making it easy to feel at home even when you're in another city. I also noticed some thoughtful new touches, like coffee capsules and delicious muffins—such a delightful treat after a long journey! The apartment was spotless, as always, which I truly appreciate. Despite the cold weather, the two large heaters easily warmed up the entire space to a comfortable temperature. Overall, another fantastic stay—I would gladly return again. Highly recommend!

Cons: I was pleasantly surprised to see that the building’s facade has been recently renovated, but it would be even better if the staircase in the entranceway could be updated as well.

Pros: Earlier check in was possible, thanks to the friendly and helpful owner. Location is great, close to metro station and in walking distance to the beach.

Pros: Great place for a group or family! Excellent communication with the host, she was always ready to answer our questions. I recommend it :)

Highly recommend this apartment, will be glad to stay there again!

Pros: Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and clean, fits for a family with kids. Apartment has everything you need, I have not had any issues with it.

Cons: A little bit far away from the city centre and the sea, but on the other hand apartment is located between then both and near the underground station, so it’s not a big problem to walk around 30 min or use underground which is very close to the apartment

Great for our family

Pros: Great location, I really liked the kitchen and all the little details Inna thought about, clean rooms, AC was great during hot days/nights, apartment fantastic for our family (2 smaller kids) - washing mashine and fridge helped a lot. Only one comment for families that travel with a bigger stroller - the daily moving of the stroller up and down on the stairs is not too convenient but for me it was a nice excersise. Overall Inna's appartment was great and when we will be visiting Valencia again this place will be our first choice.

Wonderful place!

Pros: Thank you, Inna! I had a wonderful time at your apartment. I really enjoyed your attention to detail, and I truly felt at home. After such a hot day, it was a delight to come back to a cool apartment. The restaurant you recommended was amazing, and I had a delicious dinner. It was also very convenient to have a store nearby where I could buy local groceries for breakfast. I will definitely come back to spend more time here! Thank you again, Anna.

Pros: Отличное расположение. Просторные и чистые апартаменты. Отличные хозяева. Есть все для хорошего отдыха.

Séjour et appartement agréables

Pros: Appartement avec une belle décoration intérieure. Facilité pour entrée plus tôt dans l’appartement (quand c’est possible…). Cuisine correctement équipée. Bien situé, non loin du port et de la plage. Et proche d’une station de métro qui va directement au centre de Valence et à l’aéroport. Deux vraies chambres. Inna est disponible et bonne conseillère.

Cons: La salle de bain est très petite et la toilette n’est pas séparée. Lit étroit dans la chambre principale. Mauvaise isolation acoustique (la voisine du nr 6 à côté peut être bruyante en journée).

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja komunikacyjna - bardzo blisko stacja metra.Dwie sypialnie w apartamencie ,dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Klimatyzacja działała sprawnie .Właścicielka Ina bardzo pomocna , chętnie i szybko odpowiadała na zapytania.

Cons: Trochę jednak za daleko do plaży , aby można było z przyjemnością spacerować. Zabudowa zewnętrzna apartamentu również nieciekawa ,wręcz bardzo słaba.

We hebben een paar fijne vakantiedagen gehad.

Pros: Het was erg netjes en de communicatie was erg snel en goed.

Cons: Het is een klein tweepersoonsbed
