Nice apartment, lots of room, comfy beds but a little far from the old town and beach

Pros: Very nice apartment with a small pool and a nice outside seating area

Cons: Cleanliness was lacking a little, also the front door lock doesn’t work very well. There was a burn in the dining table chair - also it’s far from town and the beach. In hindsight I wished I stayed closer to the old town

Pros: The property was great. We were two groups and had both downstairs apartments. If there’s a choice I’d definitely go for these apartments having the access to the pools was really good. The area around the apartments isn’t that exciting but it’s a really convenient location we could walk into the Rufassa area in about 30 mins (walking) which was a great area with bars and restaurants. There was a small local supermarket about 5 mins away walking and a big Aldi also 5 mins away. There was a bus stop just outside which took you straight into town. Another bus stop round the corner took us to the beach but that’s about a 40 minute ride. We’d quite often go into the centre in the morning and then flop in the pool in the afternoon. Then walk back in for food for the evening. The beds were also really comfortable and the air con was brilliant. I think the best test is whether you would go back some where - and I’d definitely go back here.

Cons: The equipment in the kitchen was a bit hit and miss. Some things didn’t work. We had two apartments but the equipment wasn’t the same in both. It worked for us as if one apartment didn’t have something the other apartment had it. The other small bug bear was neither apartment had a tea towel but that’s a minor thing

Buena experiencia!!

Pros: La rápida respuesta en el cambio de alojamiento por cuestiones de fuerza mayor y la limpieza y cercanía al centro de la ciudad del apartamento en cuestión. Gente profesional!

Cons: Fianza alta.

Pros: Camas cómodas y ubicación muy buena. Se puede aparcar en la zona.

Cons: En la descripción indicaba que había tostador y no había. Falta menaje en la cocina, sobre todo trapos y papel de cocina o servilletas.

Pros: El apartamento está reformado muy bien, está muy bonito y cómodo. Tiene una terraza muy bonita. Cuenta con piscina aunque no fuimos en temporada de baño.

Cons: Olor intenso a cañería en uno de los baños. Para mí... Muy alejado del centro

Было бы не плохо что бы в холодильнике при заселении оставляли воду, ну и если бы я встречал гостей - купил бы в меркадо

Pros: Удобное расположение в новом раёне. Хорошая транспортная развязка и рядом достопримечательности , океанариум, паск искусств, большой торговый центр. Много места, семьям 5-6 человек прям будет комфортно. Нас приняли раньше оговоренного времени, мы оставили вещи и поехали на пляж (Это вообще ТОП)

Cons: Не понравился не приятный запах канализации в санузлах, а так же пол был грязный, нам пришлось самим его помыть - потому что белый носки пришлось выкинуть). Не очень понравилось что нужно оставлять залог 300€, мы уехали и не понятно когда его вернут(если вернут)

Pros: L'appartement était moderne. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. La literie de bonne qualité. Les 2 piscines et la terrasse étaient agréable. L'emplacement devant l'arrêt de bus pour aller en centre ville et la plage c'était top.

Cons: L'isolation de l'appartement était inexistant donc on entendait tout les bruits autour (les gens qui descendaient dans le couloir, les gens marcher dans leur appartement au dessus. Les voisins (des jeunes) faisaient la fête tous les soirs (il a fallut qu'on aille frapper à minuit à l'étage au dessus pour qu'ils arrêtent leur musique et arrêtent de sauter partout (merci de respecter les règles et les voisins). Et cest peut etre un peu petit pour 6 (pour 4 c'est parfait mais à 6 un peu serré). On aurait aimé une table assez grande pour manger en terrasse.

Pros: Ya había estado en este apartamento antes. Está fenomenal y nos encanta!

Cons: Un pelin caro

Apartamento muy agradable, limpio y con piscina.

Pros: La piscina, la decoración y la terraza. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien .

Cons: Armario sin estanterías, no hay pinzas para tender. Echamos a faltar algo de jabón para el primer día (ropa, friegaplatos), sal, azucar...

Great Stay If You're Not Too Picky

Pros: If you're looking for absolute perfection and every little detail matters to you, this place might not be for you. But if you're okay with a few small imperfections, you'll love it here. We were 5 guests staying in the apartment and had plenty of space. The balcony was great, the location was super convenient, and the bus stop is literally right outside the front door. Uber was also very easy to use. We never paid more than €12 to get anywhere we wanted. Overall, a great stay!
