Arena 20 Suites

Great value for the price.

Pros: The place was clean and easy to access. Its a really nice apartment and 1 bus ride from the main attractions and a Mall.

Cons: They wanted a 200 euro deposit before I checked in. They refunded it but I wasn't sure if they would. So I wasn't very comfortable while there.. The place is great just need a little transparency with the deposit.

Pretty good all round.

Pros: Comfortable bed, excellent shower with lots of hot water, pretty much everything you might want in the kitchenette, good blackout blinds. Also, the aircon worked well and was quiet.

Cons: No toaster and no sharp kitchen knife. On reflection, we might have preferred to stay nearer the old city.

I stayed here due to location to my family near by. It was a pleasant stay.

Pros: The apartment is large and light and everything is new. A dishwasher and washing machine is excellent to have - we did not use - but helpful to have.

Cons: I requested for the sofa bed to be ‘made up’ on arrival - as arriving late with a child. It wasn’t and there was only 1 duvet for 2 beds , so we had to go without and it was surprising cold during the night to only sleep with a sheet. The sofa bed was very dirty - there was a dirty mattress protector with hairs and dirt on and doesn’t seem to ever be washed.

Ideal for short city break

Pros: The cleanliness upon arrival Communication regarding arrival was great Ideal for a short stay

Cons: Towels were not great, too thin, had to use 2 once you had a shower.

Pros: Everything was great, the suite was clean and spacious with good equipments and balcony. Just one thing is that I didn’t know : in order to have the code to enter the hotel, I had to depose a caution (that was refunded after the stay) but it still wasn’t mentioned the day I made the reservation.

Overall great stay. Very helpfull staff. Recomended!

Pros: If you are coming to Marathon in Valencia probably best option out there. Start and finish is 1k away.

Cons: Kitchen is very well equiped but there is no salt, tea, almost nothing exept few coffie shots which I don't dring anyways.

Very good place to stay and relax

Pros: Everything was very good. The accommodation is brand new, easy check in and check out, bus stop near by and very attentive staff.

Cons: If you don’t like the idea of getting public transport or taxi, maybe this place won’t be good for your plans. It’s quite far away (walking distance) of the main attractions.

Big, new appartment, safe location, walking distance to aquarium

Pros: The appartement was huge, it has good kitchen and big fridge. The bed was confortable and big, the balcony was big, a little noicy due to the road nearby, the bathroom was new, everything was super. The location was fine, with direct bus to center and airport, the bus station is located very close (3 minutes) and within walking distance from the shopping center and aquarium. We felt very safe in the living area. You can rent a bike nearby - maybe 10 minutes walking. We would stay again.

Cons: There was no salt, peper, oil or vinegard....and there was no extra towel when you step out of the shower. Everything else was super.

Awesome stay in Arena 20 Suites

Pros: It was an awesome stay in Arena 20 Suites.The apartment was clean, big, and well organized and had all kitchen tools required if you like to cook your meals. The bed was so comfortable. We like the veranda a lot. The location was perfect

Cons: The lantern suspended from the ceiling was so low that you have to be very careful when moving around. Also, despite the apartment being equipped well, there was no supply for coffee, tea, sugar, or salt enough for one day at least.

Relxing, comfy and difenetly booked here again if ever where coming back to Valencia

Pros: It’s clean, spacious enough for our famil of four, compu and you have everything you need except for iron for clothes

Cons: There some dirt at the bathroom floor tiles
