Pros: Very beautiful flat and building, and Ana is very very nice

Cons: Only issue is that you need taxi to move as public transport are not very comfortable in that area, but taxi are cheap and easy go catch

Perfect apartment with pool. Top class amenities. Need a taxi into other areas, would recommend free taxi app

Pros: Amazing equipment with everything you need and a giant tv!

Cons: Air con seemed to be faulty so switched off in the night, but there were super silent fans which actually suited perfectly.

A ver comfortable stay in a very well presented apartment

Pros: Well equipped flat with a welcome pack including nibbles, coffee, mineral water, wine... Great host. Access to the pool was welcome (and pool towels provided)

Cons: Unfortunately we were woken up at 7am every morning by workers and building work (new building being built across the road). Should complete in September 2025 though

Fantastic place to stay in Valencia

Pros: Beautiful, Modern , super clean and it was the little touches that made it an even more comfortable stay e.g cold glasses in fridge , flitered water, all cleaning products in cupboard, soft fluffy towels. Then to top if off bottle of wine and Spanish meats on arrival. Ana, the host was also very helpful

Pros: Great apartment, one of the most beautiful that I ever rented. Everything you can think of is there. Great comunication with host Ana, all together experience was 10, coming back for sure.

Pros: Pulita spaziosa e comoda per visitare la Ciudad de la Ciencia. Ben arredata e con cucina attrezzata di tutto. La host Ana e' stata davvero gentilissima e sempre disponibile.

Cons: Piano terra, se apri le tende delle finestre ci sono le persone che passeggiano davanti al letto

Heerlijk appartement op een fijne locatie

Pros: Ana is zo’n attente host; ze denkt met je mee en doet er alles aan het je naar je zin te maken

Cons: Het bed was wat minder fijn, maar de locatie en al het andere maakt dat ruimschoots goed

Pros: Het was een heerlijk appartement! Alles wat je nodig hebt! Ik zou het apartement zeker aanbevelen!

Pros: Experiencia fantástica con este apartamento y con Ana y Fernando, hacen una gestión excelente, son muy agradables y cercanos, buenas personas y muy pendientes de todo un diez absoluto, lo merecen. Desde que están pendientes a tu llegada para recibirte y darte llaves y toda clase de indicaciones, te reciben con una serie de detallitos que indudablemente marcan diferencias. Te explican y enseñan todas las instalaciones tanto del apartamento, como del edificio. Luego están pendientes y responden enseguida a cualquier cosa que necesites tanto con la estancia, como dándote toda la información que les pidas. Importante ésta muy limpio, cómodo y bonito, dispone de todo lo necesario, con muchos detalles que hacen la estancia más cómoda y agradable. Es una estancia estupenda. Un diez a todo el apartamento, Ana estupenda, tuvo unas atenciones con nosotras que nunca me había pasado un detallazo muy bonito y muy agradecida por todo. Super recomendable. Muchas graciassss y pronto volveremos.
