Nicely decorated but not for a big group

Pros: Beds were comfortable, well equiped small kitchen including microwave, coffee maschine and toaster. Some free drinks included (watter, beer, juice), tea and coffee capsules. Cleaning items for the kitchen, toilett and for the waschmaschine. Rooms nicely decorated, a travel baby bed was also available. Many toys for the children. Smart TV with several apps (Netflix, Disney+, Prime)

Cons: The location. We did not feel very safe after going to a closer mini-markt for buying milk and bread. Literally we had to leave the place very quick. The apartment has no keys. You need to enter a code to open the door, but it is easy to see which digits were used. Overall, we did not feel safe. Sleeping without the ventilators/ AC was not possible (Although it is beginning of June we had some days above 30°C). Unfortunately there was only one bad room. For five people it is complicated. On top on that warm watter only last aprox. 20 minutes. We missed a welcome in person from the owner, explaining how to use the facilities. We communicated via email and whatsapp.

Successful stay in museums area.

Pros: The communication with the host was very smooth, the apartment was sparkling clean and big enough for 4 people with two separate double bedrooms, a big living room and spacious bathroom. The apartment is located on the ground floor, which might be a plus for people with limited mobility or seniors. Museums and oceanographic is 15-20 minutes leisurely walk. The neighbourhood is residential, stadium is nearby, but it was quiet during our stay.

Cons: The sound insulation in the building is challenging. Our sleep wasn't quiet simply due to the poor sound insulation, letting outside noise through as well as different noises within the building. As windows in both bedrooms are located quite high , I would suggest it is electrical and possible to open for ventilation, as there is no air conditioner in both bedrooms, only in the living room. There are ceiling fans mounted in bedrooms , but for fresh air access there is no option of opening window. But that didn't affect our stay as it wasn't too hot yet in May.

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento molto spazioso e molto vicino all’oceanografico

Ideal para alojarse en grupo o familia

Pros: Muy cerca del Roig Arena. Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Todo nuevo y muy limpio. Aunque esté a pie de calle, al ser peatonal no hay ruido. Parking gratuito en los alrededores.

Pros: Ubicacion, limpieza y esta dotado voy todo lo necesario

Cons: La televisión estaba configurada dolo para netflix y youtube, no se veían mas canales

Un bel appartement confortable avec toutes les commodités.

Pros: logement un peu à l'écart du centre historique mais ce qui est préférable pour le calme. propre et toutes les commodités. deux chambres bien séparées et assez grande chacune pour ranger nos affaires. la ligne de tramway 10 à quelques minutes emmène dans le centre. et sinon on est à moins de 15 min à pied de la cité des arts et des sciences. (on a rejoint l'appart en 25 min en taxi pour 26€). On était 3 et c'était très confortable.
