Surprisingly neat and strategically positioned

Pros: I like the short distance to the Museu de les Ciències and Oceanográfic. For those that would like to buy something the big Carrefour shopping mall with dozens of shops and groceries is within walking distance. If you would like to get on the Tourist bus, that is also within walking distance. The appartment, sheets, towels were clean when I arrived and the bed in the sleeping room is very comfortable. The appartment has AC in both rooms. Owner is very responsive on WhatsApp. All in all very good experience.

Cons: Nothing to add really. If you are expecting a concierge, a reception etc. you should look further.

Central location 1 bedroom apartment.

Pros: Central location. Walking distance to the parks , Oceanographic park, cafes, groceries, old town 15 min walk.

Cons: The apartment is on ground floor right on pedestrian walk. So blinds and windows need to be kept closed for privacy .

Pros: Great position with points of interest near by. Well equipped.

Cons: Shower with curtain which leads to wet floor.

Pros: Everything related to property itself was very good.

Cons: Location is very tricky. Even though it is quite close to the centre, it was challenging to find it. There are in fact two addresses, and taxis have difficulties to locate the apartment itself. Also, when booking via Booking.com there was nowhere an indication that it was AirBNB, so in fact customers are being misled into thinking that it was a hotel. So, overall, very unpleasant experience as far as Booking.com is concerned, but the host was nice and helpful over the phone.

Pros: The ac was good, housing conditions were very nice and tidy and it was very modern and brand new, the stay was pleasant. It was very organised and was close to the Oceanogràfic Valencia.I would stay again.
