Séjour agréable malgré des problèmes d’ouverture des portes au début. Nous regrettons de ne jamais pouvoir parler à quel

Pros: L’appartement était très correct, correspondant à nos demandes. Il était bien situé, avec plusieurs supermarchés proches et plusieurs bus pour aller à la vieille ville

Cons: Le système d’ouverture de la porte de l’immeuble était très compliqué et ne fonctionnait pas bien au début. Nous n’avons jamais pu parler à un interlocuteur: le numéro espagnol qu’on nous avait donné était hors service. Nous sommes allés sur place à l’adresse de GUESTREADY à Valence pour trouver une solution à ce problème de clés mais l’agence n’existait pas et le numéro inscrit sur Google non plus. Ce n’est que par l’intermédiaire de Booking en France que nous avons pu régler ce problème de clés.
