Versus Apartments near City of Arts 2

Great stay for a couple of days in Valencia

Pros: Great communication with the host in charge of the apartment. We were also allowed to stay a little bit after the check out limit, witch was great as we had to work for a couple of extra hours in that specific day. Apartment has everything you need for a couple of days stay.

Pros: I liked the location, 15 mins from airport, also close to center, comfort and parking lot that can be found for free.

Good value for money

Pros: Comfortable beds, pleasant walk to town centre, good location

Cons: Little outdated, could do with extra lil touches as kitchen towel or dishwasher tablets

GREAT modern apartment near basketball arena and Science museum !!

Pros: We booked the apartment specifically for a basketball tournament and 8 players + my family as ‘supervisors’ as my son was part of the team and the 2 apartment were perfect in terms of location (350m to tournament in Alqueria) + the 2 apartments had 1 joint entrance - which in our case was perfect to keep an eye on all players (aged 16-19). The apartments are modern and had all you need (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, etc + view from 13th floor was amazing. The 2 lifts also came very quickly when called. Communication with Versus apartment was very fast and easy. And the shopping complex El Saler and the science museum are just around the corner (which was a big plus). I don’t want to recommend it too much during tournament times, so that it won’t be taken when we want to book it next time 😉.

Relaxing

Pros: Clean, good facilities, everything you need for a small kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Quiet neighborhood and good access to transport. Plus a great view over the south Valencia, including a glimpse of the sea.

Cons: Sometimes the elevator didn’t come in a reasonable time, but no big deal after all. Some dishwasher caps and some detergent would be nice to have for the few days; we bought our own and left some for the next guests.

Pros: wonderful accommodation, great location, we would love to come back again ❤️

We had a great time!

Pros: It’s nice small apartment with good view and almost everything you need to feel the comfort of your home. The neighborhood is good with a lot of bus stops, supermarkets, pharmacy’s and places to eat on a walking distance.

Cons: The shower is way too small for a grown person to take shower normally, especially for a woman with long hair.

Pros: Near to supermarket, bars and buses, all clean and tidy.

Cons: Would have liked more notice about the deposit as was in cash and didnt have alot of euros before the trip.

Pros: You felt like at home, everything you needed was there.

Cons: Beds were smaller than exoected, but this is subjective to personal experience.

Pros: Ubicación muy buena para el viaje que haciamos, al lado de Roig Arena. Apartamento pequeño pero cómodo y limpio.
