Pros: Cozy, clean and well-equipped studio near the City of Arts and Sciences with good transport connections from the airport and to the city center. There is also a large shopping center with a food hypermarket nearby. I recommend!

Pros: Andres was very fast response and the apt was very clean and perfect. Perfect for 1-2 night stay. Kitchen was ok and complete with all the tools. And more value add with that Andres prepare us a one water bottle and biscuit. Small appreciate token. Again I need to make it bold, Andres was very nice and helping person.

Cons: Things that i don't like maybe because our ´neighbor´ was very noisy and we can heard all the party they organize next door. Maybe need to make more shield or wall so we don't need to hear what happened in the e doors. And also because the apt just in the main road, morning sun and sound in the morning , we can hear it. But the rest of the things are great !

Great location - not recommended for 4 big adults

Pros: Great location; free parking in front of door; clearness

Cons: You don't have a bedroom as a separate room - it was very uncomfortable sleeping the four of us in one room. Its cool option for parents with kids. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable and the facilities could be better.

Loved Valencia and loved this apartment.

Pros: Lovely clean apartment with helpful people. Secure underground parking. Big shower & TV. The tram into the city is right outside.

Simply perfect.

Pros: This is an extremely well-equipped apartment. It has everything you could need on a trip like this. There were soft drinks and coffee capsules, large shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, hairdryer, hair dryer, etc., we didn't lack for anything. Everything was very clean and new. The host responded very quickly to every message, we are very satisfied. We will definitely come here again next time.

Cons: The street noise was a bit loud sometimes but that's not the host's fault.

Perfect place for short stay

Pros: A very nice, cosy and useful place! We came after a long journey and the fact that this accommodation provided us with some coffee pills, soft drinks, water and a beer in the fridge was a big PLUS. Thank you for the warm welcome and attention to details. The space was very clean and tastefully designed! A couple of minutes away (walking) you have a commercial area with supermarket. It was perfect for us a family of 4: 2 adults and 2 small children!

Cons: You enter the room directly from the street; you can't really stay with your windows open
