Pros: This studio apartment is well equipped and features an impressive high ceiling (over 4 meters). It is located in a converted former commercial space on the ground floor of a tall residential building, surrounded by similar blocks within the neighborhood. The property is situated a few kilometers from the beach (within walking distance) and a similar distance from the historic city center of Valencia. Restaurants, shops, and a park are located nearby. An additional advantage for guests traveling by car is the ease of finding available parking spaces in the area.

Clean, modern and comfortable

Pros: Modern, clean, compact, comfortable and well equipped apartment. It is situated a short walk from Metro stations and there is a supermarket close by. The Metro is best to get to the old town and the beach / marina otherwise you have at least a 30 minute walk. Communication with the owner is excellent.

Cons: The area directly outside the apartment is not the most attractive. It was quite noisy at night with people accessing adjacent apartments. It feels a bit claustrophobic as the apartment only has frosted windows so there is no view outside at all.

Pros: Lokacija je zanimiva, pritlično stanovanje pod blokom, le štiri metro postaje od središča mesta in 30 min peš do morja.

Pros: La situació, la flexibilitat de la sortida i l'acollidor que era l'apartament.

Loft muy cuco

Pros: Loft muy bonito y arreglado, techos altos q dan sensación de amplitud aún siendo pequeño. Todo muy limpio, muchos detalles (café, infusiones, jabón...) En la avenida de atras hay muchos restaurantes y puedes ir dando un paseo de media hora hasta jardín del Turia.

Cons: La puerta pesa y arrastra, cuesta un poco de abrir y cerrar, hay q repararla. La plaza en si está bien y es tranquila. Dos plazas más abajo no nos dio esa sensación de buen ambiente cuando llegamos😅 pero en la ubicación en si que está no hubo ningún problema de ruido ni de nada, estuvimos muy bien.

Pros: Tal cual como en las fotos, cumple lo que promete.

Pros: Todo genial. Alojamiento muy completo y muy cómodo.

Cons: Sólo eché en falta un tostador, pero por lo demás súper súper completísimo.

Ottima posizione e qualità/prezzo

Pros: La struttura era ristrutturata e davvero accogliente. Letti comodi e cucina funzionale. La proprietaria è stata davvero tanto disponibile.

Cons: La doccia essendo aperta usciva davvero tanta acqua.

Pros: Super kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam Fajne mieszkanie.
