A Perfect Loft for an Unforgettable Stay in Valencia

Pros: The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Spacious and perfect for 4 people. The location is great: close to a bus station and several supermarkets. There’s even a small garden nearby to enjoy a coffee break, and the beach is just a 15-minute walk away! The host was very kind, quick to respond, and extremely helpful !

Cons: We enjoyed everything, an ideal loft to live a wonderful experience in Valencia. I highly recommend it!

Pros: Nice, well-equipped apartment in a quiet area. There is honestly everything one may need (washing machine, kettle, fridge, toaster, coffee machine). Upstairs there is a double bed (really comfortable), storage place and a single bed (quite ok), it's cosy there! Downstairs there's a couch, kitchen area with a table and a bathroom with a shower (heater on the wall) There's no hall, you literally enter the living area, but it didn't bother us. A dark curtain covers the glass wall, so nothing is visible from the pavement. It's possible to open the window. We could check-in early in the morning without any additional cost, which was very, very nice! 12-minute walk to the metro station, different bus stops nearby. A walk to the city centre takes around 40minutes. Groceries, cafeterias, playground nearby.

Pros: Trattasi di monolocale con soppalco al P.T. L'appartamento è elegante e ben fornito, con letti comodi, lingresso da su una piazza pedonale, vicino a giardini con giochi per bambini supermercati e negozi Ubicato in un quartiere ben frequentato e tranquillo Vicino all'università

Cons: È necessario tenere sempre attivo l'aspiratore del bagno, piuttosto rumoroso, per evitare che gli odori, dovuti a problemi di scarico, invadano tutto l'appartamento

Pros: Местоположение, удобства в номере, четыре взрослых на 40 квадратных метров и всё ок.....

Cons: Надо почистить кондиционер, запах канализации в туалете..

Стильный лофт

Pros: Хорошее местоположение, удобное самостоятельое заселение. Квартира чистая, стильная. Все новое. В квартире все есть для жизни и отдыха. Тихий район. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин и несколько кафе. До центра можно дойти пешком (не спеша минут 50), до моря минут 10-15. Если нужен транспорт, рядом есть остановка автобуса (мы не ездили)

Pros: L’appartamento era piccolo, ma molto carino e dotato di ogni comfort.

Pros: El apartamento estaba como nuevo, en muy buen estado todo. Muy limpio con champú y gel de baños.

Cons: Ubicación, estaba un poco lejos de la falla.

Si vuelvo a valencia, vuelvo al lofts plaza de Órense

Pros: Estaba todo nuevo, muy aprovechado todos los huecos pero sin q faltara detalle de ninguna clase, y con muchísimo gusto decorado. Sin ninguna duda, si volvemos a Valencia este será nuestro apartamento para alojarnos.
