Great stay

Pros: Everything else, modern apartment, equipped with everything needed, great location, quiet, you can easily access both the beach and city center, supermarket really close

Cons: It was really hard to cool down the upper part of the apartment, I think the AC should be located there, because hot air goes up. Also the sofa could be cleaned from the stains.

Pros: Cozy and clean apartment in a residential area. The store is very close. It is a bit far to the beach and sightseeings. We stayed for a few days. It would be good to add such things as salt, napkins.

Pros: Very Clean, nice decoration, comfortable, well maintained, nice details with welcome gift and coffee, not noisy as it is located in a pedestrian area

Cons: 1 window, Ground floor separated from street by glass only, no stores to block 100% the access of daylight in the morning

Decisamente consigliato

Pros: Appartamento carino situato in una zona molto tranquilla. Ben isolato, non ci è arrivato quasi alcun rumore da fuori. Letto comodo. La pulizia soddisfacente. Il gestore della struttura molto disponibile. A due passi di distanza c'è un supermercato, la fermata dell' autobus che porta direttamente in centro e diversi bar. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio libero nella via adiacente.

Cons: Il climatizzatore era decisamente troppo rumoroso... sarebbe da guardare. Siccome noi abbiamo soggiornato per un' periodo abbastanza lungo, ho sentito davvero la mancanza dell' aspirapolvere. Pulire la sabbia del mare o lo sporco del proprio animale domestico, con la sola scopa per quasi due settimane risulta un po' difficoltoso. Per il resto, tornerei volentieri qualora dovessi mai tornare a Valencia. Ringrazio ancora il signor Carlos per l'ospitalità

Pros: Ein gemütliches Apartment ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr zu empfehlen für eine kleine Familie. Alles gut durchdacht, sogar mot Waschmaschine :)

Pros: Estudio muy nuevo y tranquilo. La cama es como si duermes en una nube y no se oye nada de ruido. Tiene muchos detalles y no le falta de nada. Carlos es muy atento y agradable. Está cerca de todo en una zona tranquila pero con muchos servicios de todo tipo a su alrededor. Repetiré!!!...
