Pros: Clean and spacious. In a great location. Lots of added extras within the apartment to make our stay comfortable

Good stay

Pros: Nice apartment and kitchen space. The location was good, close to shops and not too far from the beach. There is lots going on in the area.

Cons: Bathroom & lock of the entrance to the main building needs fixing. It you need to fiddle with the key everytime

Perfect appartment for a larger team too

Pros: Easy and fast communication. The host is flexible and ready to help if you need, but do not bother you if you can manage yourself. The appartment is spacious and well-equipped. A washing machine is available which is importnat in the case of a longer stay. Bus stops are very close, metro station is about 3 minutes walk. Easy check-out.

Cons: Our check-in was a bit later than expected.

Pros: Nous étions un groupe d'amies venues pour des cours d'espagnol et y avons passé une semaine. Appartement très propre et bien équipé, immeuble et rue calme. Nous n'avons pas trop utilisé la cuisine (repas pris dehors). Lits très confortables. Très bonne isolation des fenêtres. Localisation idéale pour nous, à quelques minutes des cours, et avec les vélos en libre-service (deux stations proches), à 20 mn de la ville et 15 mn de la plage. Petit supermarché à deux pas. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Parfait.

Cons: Les chaises du salon sont le seul élément un peu ancien, elles méritent d'être refaites ou remplacées car le revêtement se désagrège. Sinon tout était bien.

Pobyt w Walencji w dniach 21.06 - 28.08.2023 roku. SUPER wyjazd i miło spędzony czas.

Pros: Dogodny punkt wypadowy. Do morza około 20 minut piechotką. Do stacji metra AYORA ok. 7 minut piechotką. W okolicy dużo knajp i sklepów (my najczęściej korzystaliśmy z sieciówki MERCADONA). Gospodarz SUPER.

Cons: Bezpośrednio przy budynku, w którym wynajmowaliśmy apartament ciężko było znaleźć miejsce do zaparkowania wynajętego samochodu.

Pros: Locatie in de buurt van de Universiteit. Als je een fiets huurt is alles goed te bereiken. Gem 10 tot 15 minuten. Zoals bekend heeft Valencia een goede infrastructuur met fietspaden. Het is ruim en schoon appartement op de 5e verdieping met lift.
