Concept Rooms

Pros: Location, cleanliness, design, it’s spacious and we loooved the architecture of the building, true art! Also having Netflix :)

Cons: We barely slept, it seems like the walls are not sound proofed, you can hear the people in the next room talking, snoring, elevator doors banging the entire night, other hallway doors too,… But I guess this also doesn’t have much to do with the host, so it won’t affect our score Also, they could add some nicer toiletries, perhaps some coffee or tea pods as a welcome, we kinda expected it

Excellent location, comfortable room and facilities but access is difficult

Pros: The room was spacious, the air con and the fridge were fantastic, the washing machine was really handy. The location was superb, just 8 mns from line 3 of the metro to / from the airport. It was also 5 mns away from the bus stop to go to the beach (95), it was just next to the market which is perfect for a morning coffee and there was a supermarket within a few minutes too.

Cons: the app to open the door, when I arrived I did not have internet access so I could not get in. One day the app was down so I could not get in when I came back from running and had to bang the door until someone heard me. the doors were also very noisy so you could hear when someone was going out or coming in throughout the evening / night and early morning. I stayed for 6 nights and though my supply of soap / shampoo were replenished every day, the bed was never made / changed. WhatsApp support during 9-5 is not suitable when there are issues with the door access

Really good value for your money

Pros: Bathroom was very clean, mattress and pillows are good, cleaning lady changed our towel on daily basis, every day they leave you a couple of disposable shower gels and shampoo if you dont have it, location was great too, AC, TV and WiFi are working great it's all included in prise

Cons: There is no breakfast on location as is described on booking site instead you get coupon to eat in nearby bistro ( for 6€ you get croissant, orange juice and coffee) so better option go in same bisto and buy breakfast without coupon, you will get much more for that price and the rooms are much smaller that they appear on photos, but since we only slept there they are ok

Lovely, quiet, great location. Perfect for a solo traveller.

Pros: Everything was automatic, it was super convenient and when you're looking to disconnect it's perfect as you don't have to worry about reception times, etc. Its location was amazing: close to the river, the main shopping street and the mercado colon.

Cons: I was working whilst staying there and during work hours, staff knocked my door and told me that they had to fix something with the airconditioning which happened to be on the balcony connected to my room. I work completely online but have many calls: internal and with clients. I suppose I could have refused but it wasn't really being asked of me, it was (albeit nicely!): \

Great location, clean room, nice staff

Pros: The location is great (5min walk to metro Colon station, 20min - old city centre, 25min - Oceanografic). The staff was very helpful since we were having difficulites with unlocking the doors, but once you get used to it its very simple (have your phone with you all the time). If you need help you get an answer very quickly. We arrived before checkin and they gave us a key to the room where we left out luggage for the day and went around the city. Our room had AC, refrigirator, nice view and was very clean. I would recommend !

Cons: Doors are old, loud and not really soundproof. If you are a lightsleeper I would recommend that you bring earplungs or you won't sleep a lot (that also depends if guests respect nighttime).

I recomend the accommodation, because it is very close to great green park.

Pros: Comfortable and clean room. Perfect place for exploring the city (noisy at night, but we didn’t mind it).

Cons: Toilet and shower together, so if two people use the shower, you can't use the toilet.

Central location, nice hosts

Pros: The host was flexible when I needed to modify my plans. The location is perfect and super central. The room was spacious and bright.

Pros: The apartment is close to most of the city's attractions, the metro stop is also about 5 minutes walk away. Although there is a shared bathroom and toilet, it does not cause much discomfort. If your flight is after check-out time, a room is provided where you can leave your luggage and walk around a little more or visit something you didn't manage to see.

Cons: Еarly in the morning or late at night you can hear the garbage trucks.

Very clean

Pros: Very very clean Fantastic location Secure and easy door key

Cons: But noisey but not hotel fault
