Ideal location, no stairs, and lots of thoughtful touches

Pros: We had such a great stay here! The host was super friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp. The apartment had everything I could possibly need: soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, water, biscuits, oranges and more... It was spotless, spacious, and very nicely designed. I picked this place because I was traveling with my parents, who aren't exactly mountain goats when it comes to mobility. This apartment was perfect! No stairs, walk-in showers, airco in the bedrooms, and all on one level. Also, location couldn’t be better. City center, bars, taxis, restaurants. Everything just a few minutes’ stroll away.

Cons: If we’re nitpicking… No balcony and no big window to people-watch. Just a couple of small windows you can crack open. But I knew that upfront. Did I miss the sunlight whilst being indoor? A little. But on the flip side the place stayed nice and cool, it was quiet despite its central location and no people staring in after drinking cocktails acros the street. For a few days? Totally worth the trade-off.

A huge, well-equipped apartment in the heart of Valencia

Pros: There're so many things to praise: - Our host, Alejando, was really helpful, allowed us early check-in, prepared coffee, bottled water and breakfast for a few days, gave us suggestions about Valencia - really exceptional hospitality! - Apartment is huge, well organized and equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay (a week). - There were a baby cot and a feeding chair which were super useful for us! - Everything in the apartment is brand new, and everything was superbly clean when we arrived. - There are 2 full-sized bathrooms which is pretty convenient. - Apartment is easily accessible - there is a direct entrance from the street, but it's still very safe and quiet. - Great neighborhood - a lot of coffee shops and restaurants around. The whole city center is just a few minutes of walk away.

Cons: We were aware that this is a ground-floor apartment, so it doesn't have a lot of natural light, but even this trade-off was worth it due to the apartment's accessibility, especially for a family with multiple suitcases and baby strollers.

Modern and comfortable apartment

Pros: Large modern comfortable apartment. Everything is new, stylish. Cozy living room and kitchen. Fresh oranges, coffee, tea, milk and cookies. Located in the center of the old town, surrounded by restaurants and bars

Cons: Ground floor, small windows. WIFI issues were quickly resolved by the owner

Fijn appartement!

Pros: Locatie, faciliteiten, vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer

Cons: Er komt nauwelijks daglicht naar binnen.

Een warm welkom in een compleet en goed gelegen appartement

Pros: Een prachtig appartement met een warm welkom. Het zijn de kleine extra’s die het verblijf echt bijzonder maken, verse koffie, fruit en allerlei handige basisproducten in de keuken. De bedden zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit en slapen heerlijk. De ligging is perfect als uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken. Een aanrader: huur een fiets Valencia is daar ideaal voor

Cons: Als ik dan toch een kritisch punt moet noemen, tijdens de warmste dagen had de airco wat moeite om het appartement goed koel te houden. Gelukkig maakte de extra ventilator dat helemaal goed

Meraviglioso Soggiorno.

Pros: Soggiorno davvero piacevole! L'abitazione è situata in una posizione ideale e si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa: ben organizzata, funzionale e dotata di tutti gli accessori utili per sentirsi come a casa. La disponibilità e la cortesia dell’host Alejandro hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Un’ottima scelta per chi cerca comfort e praticità. Consigliatissima!

Pros: L'appartamento si presenta molto bene, arredi moderni e di buon gusto. Le stanze sono ampie e il doppio bagno è molto comodo. Posizione ottima. L'host simpatico e molto cordiale ci ha fatto trovare anche un cesto di arance. Lo consiglio!

Cons: Essendo un piano terra non è molto luminoso.

Geweldig

Pros: Volledig uitgerust appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Wij verbleven hier met onze 2 tienerdochters en hebben een leuke tijd gehad in het appartement en in Valencia. Het appartement is vlak bij het centrum gelegen. De verhuurder wachtte ons bij aankomst op en had zaken voor het ontbijt voorzien. Hij was ook steeds bereikbaar via WhatsApp voor hulp en tips in de omgeving. Bij vertrek regelde hij een taxi voor ons. We waren dus zeer tevreden over het appartement en de behulpzaamheid van de verhuurder.
