Pros: The property was very clean. Spacious, a lot of place for clothes etc. We didn’t use the kitchen bit it had all the tools and appliances. Air conditioned. Very close to everything, literally didn’t even catch one bus. The longest walk was to the aquarium and it was of 40 min which we walked through a park and enjoyed the scenery. Although in the evening there are a lot of bats with music, no music is heard from the apartment as it is just in a perfect location. The person who met us was very helpful, we had a flight delay so ended up going later than 23;30 which resulted in having to pay 20 euro for late check-in. We were very pleased with the stay and if we’re ever back in Valencia we will definitely be back to this duplex.

Pros: Nette Wohnung. Der Aufzug führt direkt in die Wohnung. Diese ist über zwei Etagen. Oben Wohnraum und Küche, unten Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Viele Schränke. Mitten in der Altstadt.

Cons: Nachts ganz schön laut. Katastrophal schlechtes WLAN.

Pros: Apartament blisko centrum,super kontakt z właścicielem jeszcze przed przylotem, bardzo sympatyczny, miły i bardzo pomocny. Wszystko co nam było potrzebne, było zapewnione. Na miejscu byliśmy już po 12, właściciel pokazał nam apartament, pozwolił zostawić bagaże, za godzinę mogliśmy już wrócić, ponieważ pani sprzątająca kończyła sprzątać. Programy w telewizji nie działały , ale my nie przelatujemy na holiday siedzieć w domu i oglądać TV, nam zależy na wygodnym przespaniu się, na udogodnieniach kuchennych, całymi dniami zwiedzamy. Właściciel poinformował że jest lekki problem z otwieraniem drzwi wejściowych do budynku, ale i do tego doszliśmy jak sie je otwiera bez problemu. Rodzina z 2 dzieci , z czego jedno 14 miesięczne.
