Apartamento soleado en plaza del Carmen

Nice apartment in the old town

Pros: The location in El Carmen is really nice and buses to the city center and beach can be found at Torres de Serranos only 5 minutes walk away. Even on weekends in my apartment facing to Plaza del Carmen it wasn't exceptionally loud and I could sleep without problems. The restaurant below closes around 23:00 I think. The host is very attentive and friendly and I was able to always reach her when I needed help via message/phone so she could help me quickly. The apartment itself was very nice with everything you need and the balcony to the Plaza del Carmen with a nice view. I would go here again! The shower always had warm water, so I had no issues. Entry via digital door code was easy.

Cons: Lack of a freezer

Pros: Great apartments. Clean , after good renovation, great view & location. Very easy to find & enter.

Pros: Perfect location, close to the Turia, and within walking distance of anywhere in the City centre. Very easy to access the apartment, which was lovely and clean. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés in the locality.

Cons: The only slightly negative thing, and it really was only a very slight negative, was the mattress on the bed. It tends to sink in the middle, so my partner and I were stuck in the middle of the bed, making it a tiny bit uncomfortable. Having said that, we slept reasonably well, and it certainly did not have much of a negative impact on our holiday, which was well enjoyed in a great City.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the plaza in a great central location.

Cons: There's not a whole lot of noise control, you can hear everything from the building as well as outside. Also it would be great if the host added conditioner in the shower, not just shampoo.

It was a pleasant stay in the heart of valencia close to almost every touristic spots in a walkable distance. Host Nieve

Pros: Everything. Clean studio with all the amenities and they also kept few drinks on arrival which i didnt use anyways. Flat 5 has a good view. Even though the location is very much in central but its very quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: Everything was good.

Cons: Could of been a few more tea bags and coffee, no big deal though. Air. Conditioner didn’t really cool room but we visited in the middle of summer so to be expected I guess. Had a door to balcony to open which provided a slight breeze.

Good value for money and great central location.

Pros: Location is incredible and the aircon and bathroom is a big bonus is Spanish summer.

great stay

Pros: very easy communication and checkin! everything went smooth and some nice touches in the room to see after a trip like water, beer, coffee and snacks! I think all the rooms from what I could see had a nice window view but number 5 view of the square was particularly beautiful!

Cons: the mattresses are not the most comfortable- very soft /squishy almost so you sink or roll into the middle quite a bit of your in a couple if it's memory foam it's probably not on the correct type of bed foundation. Our stay would have been perfect if the beds were a little more like a standard hotel mattress perhaps as I think this type of bed wouldn't be ideal for many people due to lack of support. Not the end of the world but just a note!
