Pros: Amazing location, easy access to tram, shor walk to historic city centre, good restaurants less than 10 minutes walking.

Cons: The map does not show the correct place (google maps and booking.com maps)

Pros: The location is right in the heart of the city. The host is very professional and always available to answer any questions. The apartment has everything you need.

Cons: Private parking is nearby, although it can be a bit complicated to find the first time.

A great stay!

Pros: Location wise, it was fantastic. It was beautifully clean and modern. Had everything you needed for a short stay. The people I came in contact with were exceptionally helpful and kind. I would thoroughly recommend this accomodation and return if I am ever in Valencia again!

Cons: Nothing really. Just a couple of niggles with hairdryer not working properly and a thicker duvet needed for colder months. However these are only 1st world problems and not insurmountable!!!

Pros: Absolutely loved everything about the property. The apartment was lovely. The location was great. Just five minutes walk to everything cute restaurants just below the apartment. The host was great the Facilities in the apartment was great. We were given some coffees teas and the best part was there was a manual for every little equipment in the apartment which one could refer to in case they are not aware about it, great detailed instruction manual sent For every little thing. Just to keep in mind, there is no much parking around the apartment however they do provide €15 parking per day and that’s just a two minute walk from the apartment and absolutely suggest to take that.

Cons: I wanted to book the apartment because i I saw the balconies however we were given the apartment on the first floor and were told that if we wanted, we could unlock it and go out but for safety reasons they don’t have huge balconies on the first floor so in case if you’re booking your apartment, just informed the host that you would like your apartment on any other floors except the first floor. There was a sewage smell everywhere in the apartment mostly in the bathrooms but when informed the host they told us unfortunately that smell is everywhere in Valencia and I believe that’s not the hosts problem and hence everything else was just great.

Valencia is absolutely wonderful & if you want a vibrant stay in a great location then this the ideal spot.

Pros: Location great, with bars & restaurants all in walking distance.

Cons: Can be a little noisy at times with the church bells going off.

Fantastic apartment and lication

Pros: Fantastic location, the apartment was perfect for our needs, 2 bathrooms which was great, it had everything we needed, we would definitely use again as we are regular visitors to Valencia.

Cons: Nothing not to like, another long mirror in the other bedroom would be great but we managed, thats just a suggestion and would be helpful.

Special apartment in a lovely square in the old town

Pros: Excelleny location overlooking a lovely square (I was on the third floor, room 9).There are bars and restaurants nearby and the supermarket (Charter) is a few mintes away. The tram stop (Pont de Fusta) that runs to the beaches is less than 10 minutes walk. Had to give it 10/10

Cons: The sleeping area is separated by a curtain, which might be inconvenient if you are sharing but everything about the apartment was excellent

Pros: Great location & hosts were great in communication. Nice to have some space & to do washing.
