Pros: Well equipped apartment in an excellent location ☀️.Strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Tourist Tip: Beware of pickpockets on the number 95 bus⚠️.

Amazing location, comfortable stay, not for those that are very sensitive to smells or noise.

Pros: The Location of this apartment was amazing, it is right in the heart of the old town looking out over a beautiful square, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, and there is a big work desk looking out over the square too. The apartment was comfortable and really well equipped, there was nice lighting, a big tv with Netflix and everything you could need to cook with plenty of crockery, glasses etc. The Wifi was fast and reliable.

Cons: The smell in the stairway was intense, a strong sewer smell came and went, sometimes it was overbearing, occasionally we could get a whiff in the bathroom too, however this can be explained by the fact that it is an old building. Things that made our stay a little less comfortable were: the bed in the second bedroom is a bit cramped for two people, the duvets and pillows did not look very clean (under the covers), the sofa coverings slipped around, 2 cockroaches appeared on our first morning but they both appeared to be dying so the apartment must have been fumigated before we arrived, the noise when the cafe opens up from around 8am woke us up each morning, a few issues with the digital key, the lock sometimes seemed to get activated when we were just hanging out in the apartment and not pressing the key which was a bit unsettling, however we felt very safe in the apartment. Despite all that, the location and view over the square made this a very special stay with my teenagers.

Everything was amazing!

Pros: Everything was amazing. The host was kind and did everything to make our stay in the apartment comfortable. They met our every request and were very polite.

Amazing location, very clean flat and had everything you need for an apartment stay.

Pros: This property is in an excellent location you can walk to all of Valencia’s main tourist sites in 15 minutes. There are so many restaurants and bars close by. There is also a supermarket on the street and a bike hire place where you can also store luggage on the street joining. You couldn’t be in a better location for staying in the city of Valencia the old town is beautiful. Also checking in and out is easy as you don’t have to meet anyone.

Cons: Somethings in the property took a while to work out how to work like the door, the shutters and the fan in the master bedroom- the switch for the fan was inside the wardrobe. We tried to call the number left in the apartment for if there were any issues but the line said the number wasn’t in use. Also the extractor fan in the bathroom does let in a bad smell from outside however air freshener is provided.

Great stay close to the heart of Valencia, with endless selection of all kinds of restaurants and attractions.

Pros: Modern, fully equiped apartment in a central location with home-like comfort. Ideal to chill and rest between city walks and to enjoy the sunset above Placa El Carmen.

Cons: A dedicated coat hanger would be a nice improvement.

Pros: Beautiful apartment and such a good location. Would stay again.

Cons: Don't rely on google maps to get here - many one way streets in old valencia.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Pros: Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage in der Altstadt an einem wunderschönen Platz. Alles Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell auf Fragen und ermöglichte uns schon einen früheren Check in, sowie auch das Gepäck schon vorher abzustellen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem. Alles war wunderbar. Wir waren im Februar da und es gab auch zwei mobile Heizkörper. Also an alles gedacht.

Odličan boravak

Pros: Dobra komunikacija sa domacinom, lepo sve objašnjeno pri dolasku. Daljinsko upravljanje roletni, pametne stvari poput brave, kuhinje su odlično funkcionisale. Klima uređaji i ventilatori u sobama radili kako treba, što nam je bilo bitno zbog vrućine. Takođe, imali smo sve što nam je bilo neophodno. Sve pohvale. Lokacija je fenomenalna, imate u blizini sve što je potrebno od znamenitosti, restorana, kafića i prevoza za druge delove grada... Preko mosta se nalazi i linija prevoza koja vodi do plaže.

Cons: Stvar koja nije do hosta, a možda nekom neće prijati kao gostima koji su ranije boravili, ima smrada u hodniku zgrade, ali zanemarljivo jer smo bili samo u prolazu. Predlog da se u apartmanu zamene stvari koje su starije, npr u wc-u tuš, u manjoj sobi udobniji krevet.
